Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Hotel was extremely clean, with impeccable service by the staff. Kids-friendly with bicycles to ride around the hotel compound or to the beach, kids club and 2 big swimming pools. Kid also dined for free!

Best hotel I have stayed in Bintan/Batam. The room is superb and service is excellent. I was greeted with a birthday deco/small cake for my 50th birthday.
The landscaping was nice and pool design with the various cabana and deck chairs for use was a good attraction. Sitting by the pool bar was nice too.
Food was good and is is foc for kids under 12 for breakfast and buffet lunch/dinner. Best of all, we can also walk over to Hotel Indigo and use their facilities and food places as well. They are part of the same group.
Will definitely come back again.

Service was excellent throughout our stay and special thanks to Ibu Windy for securing complimentary late check-out for us on our final day!
The property is new, clean and there are many seating areas/ cabanas for visitors to chill around. Buggy service from Holiday Inn to the other sister property (Indigo hotel) is prompt and hassle-free despite the moderately high occupancy rate (we were told it was 70% occupancy rate).
We were told that the weekend was the first peak of the property yet the services rendered by the team didn’t seem so - staff remained courteous and friendly throughout our 4d3n stay.
Few observations which we are hopeful that the management could look into:
1) second dining option at the ballroom was subpar. The food option was significantly lesser than those offered at the main dining hall. The food was not refilled promptly but we could see that the staff tried their best by taking a (perhaps quite a long) trip down to the central kitchen and check.
2) The kids indoor playground is divided into 2 sections - younger kids (below 4yo) and older kids. There wasn’t any health check when we were there (only parents self declaration) prior to kids’ admission so parents pls note. Perhaps the management could review internally if more scrutiny is required.

Wonderful weekend at holiday inn lagoi beach, a clean new hotel with great service. It is an added advantage that we could also eat in the restos of Indigo which is closer to the beach. The only thing I would advice : have a map, put a sign as it’s a bit of a nightmare to find out room on our first day. The place was like a maze!

Had a wonderful time at Holiday Inn Bintan. The hotel grounds are beautiful and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was generally great although a little inconsistent at times. Can easily visit sister hotel, Hotel Indigo, next door for more dining options. Spa was relaxing and massage was good. Premises are new and clean. Less than 10 mins away from the ferry terminal with complimentary pick up / drop off service. This will be my go-to hotel next time I'm in Bintan.

We decided to spend our daughter's 2nd birthday at Holiday Inn Bintan and was pleasantly surprised by how amazing everything was. We were greeted by the friendly staff at the reception during check-in and was served by Dian who made the check-in process quick and fuss-free. The room was great - my only comment is that the balcony floor did feel a little dusty and the aircon was really sensitive, requiring you to ensure the balcony door is properly shut before the aircon is set on cool mode.
I emailed the hotel beforehand informing them of my daughter's birthday, requesting for some decorations and a simple cake. And they delivered! Dian even wrote a really cute birthday wish for her.
Amenities wise, my daughter really enjoyed the kids club and the pool. We wish we had more days to spend exploring the rest of the hotel. Given the location, there was not much food or shopping options around, except for Plaza Lagoi which has a few food establishments including Warung Yeah which the hotel provides shuttle service to and fro.

This is an excellent holiday resort. Clean with good facilities and really wonderful to be able to use facilities at Indigo hotel. All service staff provide exemplary service, and have been well trained to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. With a 4-night stay, dining options were limited to what the resort offered. However, our best meal was breakfast where items were varied.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Holiday Inn Resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was quick and smooth.
The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed—plus, the bed was incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water, fresh towels, and a cozy robe and slippers.
The hotel’s location is perfect and within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. The on-site restaurant served some of the best meals I’ve had on vacation, and the breakfast spread each morning was top-notch.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know!
