The facilities are excellent, especially for families with young children. My little one loved the kids club, playground, arcade games, and children’s pool. The main swimming pool is huge and perfect for relaxing while enjoying the ocean view. The daily Chocolate Hour was definitely a highlight for both adults and kids. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including a dedicated kids’ corner. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway in Bintan"

The only issue is that the General Manager or someone from senior management (Mr R - didn't catch his full name) who appeared on the last day should have better communication with the staff at reception - what the reception informed us on the first day when we double checked on some additional charges (staff said no charge) is totally different from what he insisted on the last day of our stay (he said got additional charge)."

The resort is so beautiful — rustic nature, lush greenery, immaculate beach and waters, very tranquil, warm service with comfortable amenities (spacious clean comfy villas with ACs and flatscreen TV). A great retreat to fully unplug from the world and electronics, for young and old. P.s. if you are looking for buffets, full resort programmes, and lots of activities, this is not the place for you :)"

"Overall, the stay was good. The hotel was clean; however, when we first entered the room, there was a strong cigarette smell. We had to air the room for about 10 minutes before it cleared. Unfortunately, the smell returned when we came back at night, which suggests there may be an issue with the ventilation system. There are stains on our pillow and bedsheets The hotel breakfast was average but sufficient. The location is very convenient, as it is within walking distance to the ferry terminal. Overall, it is a good option for a short stay."

It would be right if yall booked for 3 days 2 nights and also prebook your activities. Like barbeque they need time to prepare for you guys. If you want things immediately its better to prebook.We prebooked most and some items we book on the spot so we knew. Also if yall are the type that are looking forward to peace and quiet this is the place. You can relax as much as you want. There is tv and amenities as well. I love their welcome drink haha. The staff are very friendly and patient too. We liked our stay. Those who are looking to relax and stay this is for yall."
