Kitchen with cockery, utensils, kettle, fridge and microwave oven. 3. A private pool with deepest end at 1.5m. We dip ourselves in the pool everyday! Beach towel are provided. 4. Spacious living room with TV. 5. A complementary buggy for you to drive. We find this particularly helpful as most restaurants are a distance (say 15mins walk) away. 6. Free WiFi provided. Overall, we had a truly perfect stay in the spacious villa! Service staff are prompt in addressing our concerns or requirements. I definitely want to go back again. Tips: 1. bring some snacks and cup noodles along. 2. Bring mosquito repellent or patch."

"As a new mum that craved for a beach getaway since 2024, Bintan felt like the perfect idea for our little family to kick Start our travels with a ferry ride to Bintan. Sadi beach is a little bit further from the ferry terminal and main attractions (e.g. lagoi bay) but Sadi beach makes up for it with the comfortable and cosy rooms as well as the excellent service the team provides. The food is excellent, anything on the menu is a hit. We loved the fritters, nasi goreng cabe ijo and the mocktails were especially exquisite with zero alcohol!! The staff makes you feel like you're right at home and it's so convenient to converse with them via whatsapp for any queries, concerns or needs. It was an excellent stay because i felt so sad having to leave! Definitely worth a visit if you need to unwind and just relax, we chose the garden villa. There's spa/massage, a playroom for children, a pool and complimentary canoeing/bicycle rides. You can even opt for snorkeling at the nearby islands. Absolutely wonderful stay as there's something for everyone, whatever your age! "This hotel is absolutely not worth it, especially for the room we booked. We reserved a sea-view room with a pavilion, but when we walked in, the sofa on the balcony was completely soaked, and to top it off, there was no roof over it! I went to the front desk to ask for a sofa replacement. The cleaner they sent only offered me two towels to put on it?! I went back to the front desk again, and they apologized, saying they'd try to find a dry sofa for us in the afternoon and offered two complimentary dinner buffets as compensation. We waited for an hour, but no one came to replace it. The phone in the room also wasn't working, so I had to go back to the front desk. Finally, they brought a 'new' sofa, but it still felt damp when we sat on it. After three hours of back and forth, I was utterly speechless and just gave up. We paid over 1400 (tax included) for a room with a balcony. If there's no usable balcony sofa, a regular sea-view room costs less than 700. What was the point of paying so much extra? The room size and interior furnishings are identical (my friend booked a standard room, so we compared them). I thought the complimentary buffet might be worth something, but it was a disaster. There was hardly any food, and what was there was covered in flies. It was the first time I've ever left a buffet feeling hungry. The food was terrible, and it felt like a wasted opportunity to try better local cuisine. The nearby beach was also very dirty, with plastic bags floating everywhere. Overall, the service and facilities are extremely poor, and it offers terrible value for money. Maybe it would be acceptable if you booked the most basic room."

Andri, the hotel manager gave us a good overview of the activities that we can enjoy at the hotel. He personally conducted the tour and the ship hotel and briefed us on its interesting history. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The sunset and sunrise were beautiful. In the evening, we had a 10-course Rijstafel, an Indo- Dutch semi fine dining comprising a welcome drink, appetizer,, main course and dessert plus a very special brew of coffee. Overall, it has been a wonderful weekend getaway for me and my wife. Will come back again to explore the surroundings more."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended It's about an hour and twenty minutes from the pier, which isn't super close, but the hotel offers a shuttle service. Booking it in advance made things very easy, especially traveling with family. The environment is quiet with great views, and the rooms are clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The snorkeling experience was good, and the staff were incredibly patient and responsible. I definitely have to praise the restaurant! The traditional Indonesian dishes were super authentic; we ate there two nights in a row and still couldn't get enough. Overall, we were very satisfied. It's really suitable for a family vacation!"
