Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG

We travelled as 2 families with 4 little ones. Booked this trip as a short getaway during Sep holidays. Our hotel booking came with complimentary breakfast buffet for all (free for kids). Hotel also provided free shuttle service to and from the ferry terminal. Hotel is new, clean and has a good variety of family friendly facilities. We enjoyed the pools, water playground, kids club. Room was comfy. We also booked several tours (mangrove and safari tours) and rides from the hotel front desk. Food options were limited to hotel restaurants (expect hotel food prices). Worth making a trip to Lagoi Beach via hotel shuttle. Overall a nice restful trip. Look forward to be back.

Outstanding services rendered by the friendly and proactive staffs made our trip very enjoyable filled with many wonderful memories. Would love to see more indoor activities and games available for guests to play and enjoy in event of inclement weather

Had 2 nights with Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach. Overall - Fantastic Stay. Touched down in the morning. Went around the resort. Need to orientate yourself with the place. Remember to scan the QR code in the room for all the information including the resort map. Had a super early check-in at around 11am. That's very nice of them to Whatsapp me. It is indeed a good direct platform to ask questions and get information from the hotel in a quick manner. Played the outdoor water playground with my kids, checked out the Mangrove House activities. Please request the hotel side to send you the day activities of the Mangrove House so you don't miss the activities you want to participate. So you can plan on what you want to do for the days you are there. The stay is also just beside Hotel Indigo. Which cater another food selection in the from the restaurant SugarBeats. Beach was nice and clean. With small resting couches with pillow. Every where you go. You can just rest on those couches. This is something that I like. Just 1 bad point - The hotel staff should look at how to reduce the population of the houseflies. I feel like it is quite irritating when we are having the meals. Experienced this during indoor and our outdoor meals.

Superb service staff through out the resort, super family friendly. If you are a couple pls stay indigo.however the rooms prices a bit too high for the product price to value ratio slightly low. Hope they can increase more variety for breakfast and also more shuttle bus around the area Nth around the resort btw so just stick inside it. Bf, lunch dinner all inside. Great kids club

The room is spacious and staff are friendly. All facilities and meal options are are kids friendly.

Warm welcome by the team upon arrival. Full details on amenities is not given like we can actually dine and use the pool at sister hotel which walking distance away - hotel indigo. Joining member allows us to have 20% discount on food but not applicable to takeaways:( Late check out is not mentioned, I saw it in my email and ask them about it. Called me on the day of check out to remind me of check out at 12pm when they should told me I am entitled to late check out till 2pm. After 12pm, room card not working and WiFi not working anymore. Come on.. I am still at the hotel premises. Food selection is sufficient although the food at holiday inn is really not fantastic. Staffs at strawbella and kids club are really welcoming, warm and friendly! Highly recommended for families for a short getaway.
