Very quiet and cozy environment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is far from everywhere. 1 hour from tanjung Pinang, 1 and half hour from Lagoi. Limited choices for food available around the vicinity and limited option of food available in the villa.

I love the ocean view, its makes me to stay for 3days. Good to come with family and friends, the room is so big.  All the staffs are friendly. Higher recommended.  I will come again 😍😍.

The resort located outside of Bintan Resort, and it takes 40 mins to get there by cab which needs to be booked at the ferry terminal. That aside, it was all worth it as the resort was really private and most importantly the service was top. specifically would like to highlight Fazli and Deden that were extremely helpful and cheerful. They never failed to attend to our queries promptly and went beyond what was expected. Thanks once again for the great experience!

Likes: 1.Toilet and villa is spacious. 2. Staff are friendly. 3. Breakfast spread is not too bad. 4. Swimming pool was of decent size. Not so Likeable: 1.No stairs inside the villa from the levels, you have to exit the lock door upstairs, walk outside and unlock your door downstairs. 2.Aircon temperature fluctuates despite keeping the same temperature all day long 3. Dusty, run-down facilities. Doors are closed but gaps are so big that insects can come in. 4. Phone rings and hangs up every hour. Informed reception but nothing is fixed until multiple feedback. 5. Downstairs toilet lacks security as can on 88ly be locked from inside so any random person can walk in to use the toilet. 6. Room service collection takes forever, the food crumps have been ransacked and eaten by the cats in the villa, making a whole mess in the dining area. 7. Ordered steam fish from room service menu and fish came half cooked. They were nice to replace but it took a while so we couldn't enjoy dinner altogether. 8. Sheets and towels were dirty, do not expect white and clean towels or sheets. 9. Bicycles were provided but they were not rideable, poorly maintained and tyres were flat. 10. Private pool is barely for 2.

The staff friendliness topped it all. They did tried to be flexible in accommodating all our requests. The place is nice but few events or activities could make the place more of a get go. Overall satisfied.

Friendly team, clean and beautiful sea view. Slightly remote but that’s okay, just need to plan for the tour and transfer from terminal to the resort.

Room was large and comfortable for a family of 5. Private Pool is around 1.2mtr so not suitable for toddlers. Room cleanliness could do better, there were a lot of small critters maybe because of the surrounding greenery. However, there were no nearby shops. Relaxing but abit boring for long stays. Service was ok, food was so so. Beach with clear waters is 2 mins walk away.

Relaxing stay. There's nothing to do around the area, and the only food source is from the hotel itself. Food isn't fantastic but alright.

Nice and unique place to stay in. Was a peaceful stay in except the bed side are filled with ants :"( however all were good! Went on a weekends and they have grill with movie service . Their customer service were Top notch. They're super well manners filled with so much courtesy. 👏 resort is nearby to neemo! They responded promptly in WhatsApp even if its a last min plan to it even helped decorated the bed to my request!!

Customer service at this resort is excellent. While the location is slightly secluded, it offers a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The Ocean View Room is perfect for couples, and I highly recommend trying their barbecue. Personally, I found the Normal Room to offer more privacy compared to the Ocean View. Cleanliness is generally acceptable but could be improved. They also offer additional services such as massages, but they have limited masseurs, and there were some communication issues during my experience, which limited the massage duration to 30 minutes. I believe the masseurs could benefit from more training to enhance the overall customer experience. I would suggest booking a private driver for a day to explore the area. Additionally, the resort provides acceptable currency exchange rates, which is commendable

Wonderful resort with a living room and private pool on the first floor, and a bedroom on the second floor. Very spacious and beautiful place. Our living room table had some tiny bugs though so we spent most of our time in the bedroom. And typical to Bintan regardless of which resort, remember to keep your windows and doors closed especially at night, so that bugs won't enter. The reception was very helpful though, and always solved our problems as quickly as possible. Not much around the vicinity but it's great if you just want a nice place to chill around. The hotel do have some water activities packages and we went for snorkelling, kayaking and fishing at bintan nemo. The reception helped us to book a taxi service there too. Buffet breakfast had limited variety but food was very good.
