Perfect English breakfast at Birmingham. But keep an eye there’s 2 Holiday Inn express at Birmingham. We went to the other Holiday Inn express when we drive our car. So pick the correct postcode when you drive there or Uber there.

A good experience, good facilities with cleanliness. A good choice near the airport. It's just that the neighbourhood is a bit remote, which should be a common drawback for airport hotels.

Very good and staff was very helpful we checked in early and check out was late due to flight cancelled the staff allow as to stay few hours after check out time it was so helpful because we have twin babys with us.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Telephone in room wasn't working. My 5 yr old grandson was peckish after kitchen had closed and a member of staff made him some toast with chocolate spread. Very nice.

Great hotel in a quiet place lovely breakfast and clean. Hotel had parking at a cost.

Was amazing

Booked for a friend and myself as attending a Tropic event at the NEC. Great service from arrival to checkout. Plenty of smiles and welcomes from staff, clean and comfy rooms, fabulous breakfast selection. My friend needs gluten-free and this was clearly labelled and in its own separate area. Would definitely stay again 😃

Helpful staff on reception, for check in. Explained things well. Breakfast was good. Remember you need to get a token before leaving reception if you are driving out as the barrier only operates with a token from reception being inserted.

The manager was amazing..really enjoyed my stayed
