Broke down 22 miles out of town and stuck in my car waiting on help and I called to let hotel that I would be late. Very nice guy said no problem it will be ready here when u get here. Fast forward till 4 am got to hotel. Front desk was understanding and helped us figure out the room situation since I needed to stay another night till car is fixed. 10 + customer service! Always will recommend you guys!

After reading mixed reviews on this property I took a chance and I have no complaints. The 4 staff members I encountered were extremely friendly, the room, breakfast area and pool area was clean. The building itself is a bit older but everything has been updated and maintained well. Will stay here again.

The hotel looked fine right away but the pool area was dirty. The front desk worker was allowing people off the streets to roam the halls and stay in the pool area. She told the lady she “didn’t care” if she wasn’t staying. The breakfast was horrible. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room a little crowded compared to pictures. Limited toiletries for 4 people. Had to ask for sheets for pullout bed

Staff was very friendly and accommodating when we realized we did not have a plug for our tub. They were not able to fix that night but came first thing in the morning and fixed the problem

Reservation was a 2 double bed and pull out couch and was put in a single king bed and told they had no other rooms. This does not work when you have 2 12 year old boys with

Kids hanging out in the lobby! Felt uneasy when we checked in. I think everyone was using the pool and water slide.
