This place was filthy, inside and outside of the room. Cigarette butts everywhere, stains on the carpet in the room. No toilet paper at all in the room upon check-in. Missing the remote to turn on the TV in the morning I went to the office and asked the woman for a roll of toilet paper. She was glued to her computer screen playing a game and told me that the housekeeper would be bringing it to me shortly. I told her I needed it now. That got her up off of her butt and she walked 10 feet away and grabbed me a roll of toilet paper. Why couldn’t she have done that in the first place? Lazy and unprofessional. No wonder they haven’t received any awards from choice privileges since 2011, but they still hang the photos of the awards on the wall above a very chintzy and dirty continental breakfast that was set up by the same lazy clerk, and never policed in order to keep clean. Filthy dirty property all around.

Everything was great, except shower walls were in bad shape. It looked like water could drain into the wall from the holes in the wall. I opted not to shower.

This was the last room for 50 miles of the Pendelton Round-Up, and the price was jacked! This place is disgusting - trash everywhere, room was filthy and smelled like a wet dog, water comes out of the tap with sediment in it, room service hadn't cleaned or vaccumed before we checked-in (potato chip crumbs and dirty tissues around the bed), sheets were threadbare and felt like 50 grit sandpaper, windows did not open and no fan in the bathroom, A/C did not work, and despite the big message board on the sign at the road ("FREE WI-FI and NEW HD TV's) there was no remote for the TV so we could not even turn it on. When we asked the staff to help us make the TV work, 3 times in 2 nights, they were rude and did not care one bit (too concerned about chatting with their friends in the lobby and whatever they were all doing on their phones). Don't stay here, you've been warned. Keep on driving or sleep in your car - you'll be better off!

The room was nice, clean beds, nice sheets. The room was clean, just a few stains on the carpet from dogs. The staff was friendly. We liked our stay there

The hotel is older but it is clean the rooms spacious the beds comfy. It has all the amenities higher prices hotels have. The front desk attendant was nice. It is a good value for an overweight stay. Also had truck/RV parking directly across the street

The hotel appears to be under renovation. It is an older hotel but the room was fine. It was clean and everything worked. The room had a frig and microwave and hair dryer and the bed was comfortable and heat and air conditioning were good (we used both). Breakfast was the usual but i dont remember there being the usual waffle maker. It was a good stay for the money.

The beds were really comfortable. The room was surprisingly clean, because the outside of the motel looks run down. There’s an outdoor pool too. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was okay, we had the bagels.
