The Hotel was OK. The attention was excellent except that it was rather far from a number of places worth visiting such as LA Ciudad Colonial.

I have stayed here before several times. I booked a regular room instead of the upgraded one for the first time. The room was in the third floor (no elevator). The bathroom was what I did not like. In the mornings I did not have hot water. The shower is so tiny I had to step in sideways to enter it. The mirror is positioned where I had to bend over to use it. Otherwise the stay good. Guest friendly, mini fridge and great AC unit. I would stay again but would not take the basic room.

Uncomfortable bed, pillows, tv not working, air conditioning not cooling, noise, inconveniences with the shower, power went off tree times less than an hour.

I didnt like the fact that I had to clean my own room before getting settled It was hair all pver the floor and the furniture was very dirty.

The woman at the front desk during the day was Awesome!!! She was very professional and patient with all guests from different countries. She was knowledgeable about Boca chica and surrounding areas. She is an asset to this hotel.
