It is a pity that the wifi was not working and the fire alarm in the middle of the night one room on fire.

Everything with the hotel stay was good. It was comfortable beds and everything was clean inside and set up as a welcome package. The full breakfast wasn't so great, the homemade waffle maker was good and along with the cereals and breads. But the fake eggs and fake bacon wasn't so great,make it fresh, not something out frozen and English speaking staff as well.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the beach, clean and nice breakfast. The only thing is that the air conditioner needed to be fixed. Great service. Will return again.

The environment is very safe, the room is comfortable, and there is a large supermarket within walking distance. The young waitress at the front desk is very friendly to the guests!

Pros: the room was adequate and typical for a hotel of this class. It was clean and comfortable. The courtyard was beautiful, with plants and palm trees and foliage. The breakfast was awesome, with lots of choices. The staff at breakfast did a great job.
Cons: The pool is NOT heated as the website claims. This is January, the time to heat it, and the water was cold. Also, there are signs saying it's open until 10 PM, but there were no lights and it was pitch black. The front desk lady claimed they don't light it for the privacy of guests, but this is Florida and there are lizards and other creatures around, not to mention it's dangerous to swim in the dark. Also, she was rude to my cousin when my cousin pointed out there were lights in the pool that could be turned on. She was very difficult to understand at check in. Her co worker was playing on her phone and didn't seem to want to give my cousin an extra towel. They need to train their staff better.

We booked and paid for a two night stay, and liked it so much we only stayed one night (sarcasm intended).
Let me list the good parts. They had some of the best dark out curtains I have seen. Kept the room dark even during the day. Breakfast was not bad. Otherwise, not much to recommend. We will not be returning.

The hotel has seen better days. It was old and run down. There was a roach in my room. The room was dirty, furniture old, etc.
