Roscrea was a lovely place to stay, clean and very comfortable. Sarah and Colin were perfect hosts and went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was great, tea/coffee making facilities much appreciated and the en suite shower was perfect. Good local transport available nearby. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

What an amazing find The location was great for my needs but what an amazing place Sarah was lovely and welcoming The bed was sooo comfy and everything was as expected and more History of the property is something that should be respected as a true English and British institute in its own right Thank you I will be back Sue

My wife and I stayed at Rosecrea B&B for five nights and had a great experience. The B&B is lovely and our room was very comfortable. Colin and Sarah were gracious and friendly hosts. Colin helped us with travel advice in the area and recommended things to see and do. Sarah makes wonderful bread and jams; every breakfast was excellent. There are several good restaurants close by. We'd recommend it highly.

We stayed at Roscrea for five days. The bedroom and ensuite were spacious , clean and attractive. Our hosts Sarah and Colin were so helpful and easy to deal with. Bodmin is an excellent location to get to so many key locations in Cornwall and Devon

Hosts Colin and Sarah were attentive however if you prefer to keep yourself to yourself you can but loved having conversations with them both. Colin greeted me at the door and explained everything fully to me as I arrived and freshly baked bread was being made for breakfast the next day. Both were very helpful with helping me with travelling to places by public transport, offering guidance for where to visit and to check the weather if I needed. I received fresh towels and breakfast choices in the morning were a wide variety and felt catered for every need. I loved trying the pumpkin jam, homemade bread, hogs pudding and middle back bacon. After my first morning when I came down the following days coffee was already prepared for me. On returning to my room the bed was made, a clean mug, teaspoon and bins were emptied. I had no issues with the property what so ever I would happily stay again if I was revisiting. Everything was perfect for what I intended to do and achieved what I set out.

This is a really welcoming home, filled with period furniture yet with all modern necessities. Sarah and Colin made us feel like friends rather than paying guests. Excellent value, good food and plenty to read - who could ask for more?

What a beautiful guest house I stayed in these last two nights. Located in the heart of Bodmin centre. Roscrae is a former school masters house beautifully apportioned with old world charm and high quality furnishing and fittings. Sarah & Colin were the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble and the cornish breakfasts along with home made jams went down a treat.

I thought this was an excellent bed and breakfast. Sarah and Colin were very welcoming and with all the homely touches it was almost like staying in someone's home. It was very comfortable and Sarah and Colin went out of their way to be accommodating. I would certainly stay there if I were in Bodmin again.

Me and my partner stayed at Roscrea B&B for three nights in August. We both agree: the coziest, most relaxing place to be! Sarah and Colin were wonderful hosts, servering us lovely breakfast every morning, giving us good tips on activities and restaurants in the area. Our room was clean, cosy and comfortable with an En suite bathroom! Definitely recommend this place if you're in or near Bodmin!
