Prenses Sealine Beach Hotel

Wouldn’t even rate this hotel 1 star. It was terrible! When we first arrived the guy at reception was trying to charge us more to have a balcony! We declined and got a room on the ground floor overlooking the bar. The room had a single bed and double bed. There were bottles of water but they were warm, there was a fridge which didn’t work, the bathroom was covered in mould & the floor was constantly wet. The floor in the room was disgusting would not advise anyone walking on it bare foot! If you like chicken dinosaurs & chips you’ll be happy to know you can get them every mealtime! Went to the bar to be told there was very little to drink & if we wanted fruit juice it was an extra €1! Glasses were absolutely disgusting obviously hadn’t been washed properly! Communication was terrible, kept being told “No English” and one person actually used google translate. The pool was closed off for the 3 nights we were there, it was green! Guy at reception was very rude, asked him to phone a Turkish number to find out our transfer time as our phones weren’t working and got a very rude reply! On the plus side there is a lovely beach a 5 minute walk from the hotel! Walk into the town took us about 20 mins and got a taxi into Belek. I think this hotel could be great if it was updated ALOT! Asked cleaners for clean towels and was told no! Some of the reviews I read on here said the entertainment was great.. we seen absolutely no entertainment the time we were there.

Recommend you look elsewhere. Nothing good to report. Every guest we spoke to had negative comments and regret. Food was basic and low quality. Drinks were limited and low quality. Felt like the staff were repressed. Communication was a challenge, often resorting to translation via phone. Very little alternatives in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Taxi/Bus required into Belek for shops/restaurants/bars.

We paid very little for an all inclusive deal so our expectations weren't high. The food was ok but not exciting. There were different options each day but some of the Brits struggled. Problem is there is no entertainment out of season & nothing to do or see around the hotel, especially for children. The pool area is pleasant enough but quite small. The beach isn't very appealing and there is no lounge as such. This inevitably leaves the bar as the go-to entertainer... If you like to explore then get out & visit the beautiful mountains a short distance north. Get a bus into Antalya and see the city. We hired a scooter in Belek (a 2 hour walk) but I wouldn't advise this option unless experienced. We had a good week but would probably explore elsewhere next time.

Horrible place to stay disgusting cold food Dont go there! Rooms were not cleaned properly and they dont even change the bed sheets no new towels air conditioning made weird noises lights didnt work overall avoid this place! Big barrier in communicating with staff!

Amad was amazing. Staff was amazing… ennjoyed and loved my stay at the hotel. Definitely recommended for anyone for a solo. Or family holiday. Great location and great staff even the managers 🙏 I will be coming back on my travels to see everyone as they treated me with respect and looked after me very well !

Disgusting place to stay. If it wasn’t for the people we met there to get us out and make light of the holiday it would have been the worst yet. Management extremely rude claim to not understand English when you have a complaint yet when you go to translate say they are capable of talking and understand. Work staff look at you like your a piece of crap. Food was shocking, ice cold swimming pool, 8 sun beds around the pool and said to pull up chairs around the pool if the sun beds were in use. Was not helpful when talking about going to places around as there was nothing local, stated it was too expensive again acted like they didn’t speak English by saying there was no bus and didn’t understand. Just a pure joke from start to finish.

Disgusting service dirty rooms cold food no choice of drinks. Upon arrival at 9pm 2 hours late due to poor transfer we were met with Disgusting cold food unlabelled no dietary requirements met to say it was poor is an understatement. Staff are rude and pretend not to speak English as and wen it suits. The room was basic but not clean, stank of sewerage and the bathroom was black with mould. Due to tiredness and an awful transfer we got our heads down only to be woken at 6am by construction work at our door. We immediately had our room changed to something slightly better, cleaner than the previous one so we were happy. We didn't spend a penny in the hotel and due to the location had to rent a car and spend every second out. We met an amazing couple who changed our while experience and decided to play cards at 10 30pm to be told to be quiet complete joke! All inclusive is a joke also stops at 10 n if u don't drink vodka or beer u cnt have anything. AVIOD like the PLAUGE

I have been there with my family on a package with all inclusive Been there for 5 days. They are advertising this hotel as 3 star but they do not provide any service of normal 3 star does. I believe formerly it was an apar**ents and they converted to a hotel All of these 5 days they served same food in the salad and dessert counter and hot dishes are very very poor when complained to the manager he told me we are getting less money from you so we can only give this to you the attitude of the management is really very very poor If you have a chance please change to a better hotel i will not recement anybody to go there

The staff was amazing, particularly the chef of the restaurant, Azra Pekaydin. She made me feel welcome and was able to help me at any inconvenience I had, no matter how small. She also helped me overcome the language barrier between me and the staff by translating from English to Turkish. The community is small, but extremely welcoming and kind, and I couldn't recommend Prenses Sealine Beach Hotel more.
