El secador de cabello que nos dieron estaba en pésimas condiciones. Era muy viejo, estaba muy sucio, lleno de pelos, motas, suciedad, de todo… Y aunque ese no es su uso, mi hermana quiso secar un poco la humedad de sus zapatos, pues había llovido ese día, en cuanto lo encendió, hizo ruidos muy raros y alarmantes. Aun así, botaba un poco de calor… De repente, se ralentizó y comenzó a desprender un olor muy feo, cuando mi hermana quiso ver el porqué, se encontró con que le había quemado el zapato por dentro. Imagínense donde lo hubiese usado para su cabello.
Deberían ser mas atentos al detalle y revisar lo que le entregan a los huéspedes. Mucho qué desear, la verdad.

I stayed there for a week. Great staff, the guys at the breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. What was missing was a coffee pot for at least warm water. There is a tiny fridge in the room. The TV ****** big time. The cable wasnt working. Walking distance of a minimarket and supermarket, pharmacy, baker and so on. Safe neighborhood. Will stay there maybe in the future but not with kids. Or atleast not for a week. The pizza place at the hotel was ok I guess

My room was at the front of the building. A lot of traffic noise. The noise stopped after 10 pm. Im estimating the times because i was exhausted from my travels. And it started early in the morning. The breakfast was a very small portion from what Im normally used to from my travels.

Staff (including Karen and Patricia) were excellent. Breakfast was good but more options would be better. The location is solid - it's right next door to a low cost convenient store and only a short taxi away from two main shopping malls (Santa Barbara and Unicentro). Right behind the hotel is a cute little coffee shop and there's a Tostao nearby. The hotel itself has an Italian bistro which serves good food. A few blocks away is the hotel's sister affiliate hotel, which has more dining and drinking options within the hotel itself. The only drawbacks I can convey is that some staff would be more helpful if they knew English and patient about discrepancies between ******* and the hotel reserve system. Last but not least, there is a dog clinic in the area behind the hotel but this is Bogota and noise is everywhere. That said, Usaquen is a relatively quiet neighborhood despite the urban backdrop.
