The breakfast was amazing! But the room was a let down. Expected it to be a lot more nice for how much it cost.

Great place to stay right on the river. Nice amenities and the breakfast buffet was included. This is now our go to place to stay when visiting Boise.

The hotel needs to have better service. The check in times were better during Covid. The mandatory 4 pm check in is just crazy. We have always checked in early. I don’t mind not having access to the room till after 4 pm but not check in early really. Plumbing issues I see but that day the maintenance people were very rude and not accommodating. I believe they are feed up with the hotel management in general and to showed.

It’s a great spot, within a short distance to downtown or the mall and freeway. The pool being open year round is super nice and Annie that waits on everyone at the pool couldn’t be nicer! The breakfast setup is legit too; couldn’t be happier with the stays I’ve had at Riverside!

Unfortunately I was here for a stay cation with my daughter on her 11th birthday. Upon arrival the staff were super friendly, checked us in early and even gave me a drink coupon and free desert. Her and I swam in the indoor pool and then made our way out to the outdoor pool. The outdoor area so dirty, there were empty cups all over, we finished swimming and went back to our room. I tried calling for room service multiple times with no answer, tried calling the front desk again not a single answer. The next morning my daughter and her friend who also was staying went to the breakfast buffet while the adults packed and loaded the car. While at breakfast the waitress was extreamly rude, when she asked where the milk was she was told "its right in front of your face", they weren't checked up on, they weren't offered any drinks, the bill was brought instantly to her and she was shuffling stuff around the table for the bill and ended up touching her food, the server tried to take her plate of food while she was still eating and when she said wait i'm still working the server rolled her eyes and walked away. My daughter called me while eating upset and in tears by how she was getting treated. By the time I was finished packing up my car and starting to head over to the buffet she came back to our room asking to just leave. Great start, horrible ending.

The hotel was nice and the room was clean and comfortable.. But it’s winter in Idaho and the thermostat didn’t work. Our room was 60’ at arrival and we woke up to 57’ even with the temp set to max 80

The ceiling must be old and thin because I could hear everything above me. 3am in the morning bathroom ceiling was pouring water into our room.

Beautiful hotel with the perfect accommodations! Drink, food, live music, a rural wonderland of every accommodation! From the free shuttle to the hot tub, EXCELLENT! The staff also commented on the Shoreview and personal care that the owners take of their staff. ANY high-end hotel should take note of the owners and their expertise!
