Saihuli Yu Hotel

The environment is quite pleasant, and the design style is similar to Ji Hotel. However, the rooms are more spacious and comfortable than Ji Hotel's, and the breakfast offers a richer variety. I'd definitely choose this for accommodation near Sayram Lake.

Despite my careful selection, this hotel turned out to be a total letdown! The room was far from clean: there were long hairs on the floor, the previous guest's underwear was still in the closet (gross!), and the pillowcases were also dirty. The hotel's restaurant isn't on-site; guests have to go to the adjacent restaurant for meals. Every room, regardless of its facing, overlooked a noisy construction site. Breakfast food was consistently cold, and the front desk staff were also difficult to communicate with. Any attempts to address or provide feedback on these issues were met with unhelpful responses.

My stay here truly exceeded expectations, and I can't recommend it enough! The room was perfect. It was spotless, with incredibly soft and comfortable bedding that ensured a truly refreshing night's sleep. Soundproofing was excellent too; I didn't hear any outside noise at night. The bathroom featured a practical wet/dry separation, and all amenities were complete and neatly arranged. Overall, it was an incredibly comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

This is a brand new hotel, and all its facilities are sparkling clean and modern. We even received a complimentary room upgrade! The service was absolutely outstanding. The owner was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions and even going the extra mile to meticulously help us plan our itinerary. I'm completely sold on this place – highly, highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised there was no strong smell in my room. I'd been a bit concerned about a renovation odor based on previous reviews, so it was a relief upon check-in. From the lobby to the room, the decor was new and impeccably clean. The design style is quite similar to Quanji Hotels – minimalist yet elegant and spacious. Upon entering the room, there's a large floor-to-ceiling window. The service was also very attentive and thoughtful! I traveled with friends, and the location is excellent, very close to Dongmen.

We stayed around mid-August. The surrounding grasslands had already turned yellow, and as it wasn't particularly busy, the staff were friendly and attentive. The room amenities were excellent, with strong, refreshing water pressure in the shower. Complimentary bottled water was provided, and there's an elevator. The buffet breakfast was quite varied and substantial, with particularly delicious and sweet watermelon and cantaloupe. While there was construction work happening directly opposite, they didn't operate in the evenings, so noise wasn't an issue. However, there was a noticeable amount of dust.
