The Stargazing Room was romantic and comfortable, with panoramic views that were absolutely superb – allowing us to take in the lake and mountain scenery without even leaving the room. The afternoon tea selection was rich and the ingredients were fresh; the buffet breakfast was abundant and delicious, offering a full range of Chinese and Western options. Staying here allows you to immerse yourself in the magnificent beauty of Sailimu Lake while enjoying comfortable and well-appointed services. It's definitely worth staying at when visiting Sailimu Lake."

The check-in process was smooth, the reception at the front desk was very warm, the room was relatively clean and hygienic, and there were many types of breakfast items. The downside is that the conditioner sample in the toiletries that night has been opened. I guess I forgot to replace it..."

There's plenty of hot water all day long, so you can wash up and relax whenever you want. The room was spotless, even the corners were perfectly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeper was incredibly thoughtful, always available when needed and very efficient. The afternoon tea included freshly cut watermelon and cantaloupe, which were sweet and refreshing. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. At check-out, you can even take away freshly ground, packed coffee, which was perfect for our journey. The service details were meticulously handled, making our stay relaxing and worry-free. If you're coming to Sayram Lake, I highly recommend this place!"

"The room was beautiful, and the service was incredibly warm and welcoming. We had a butler who helped with our luggage throughout our stay, and they even gave us a lovely little lamb souvenir when we left. A pleasant surprise was that I didn't need to manually adjust the air conditioning; the hotel automatically regulated the temperature due to the significant day-night temperature difference. It would be cool during the day and warm at night (the airflow was so well controlled I barely noticed it at first). There are many food options right outside, and late-night snacks are also available. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. Although I was initially hesitant after seeing some negative reviews during booking, my actual experience was completely fine. Indigo is still a trustworthy brand. I hope your hotel will be even better the next time I visit Sayram Lake."

They even upgraded our room for free, and we had direct views of Sayram Lake. At night, we could see a sky full of stars! Absolutely amazing!"

"On September 26, 2025, my husband and I drove from Tangshan City, Hebei Province to Xinjiang to Sailimu Lake and checked into this hotel. It was beyond my expectation. The hotel facilities were advanced, with smart toilets, smart curtains, and very good hygiene. There were no dead corners. We stayed in 15 or 16 hotels along the way, but only this one had a body scale. It was so thoughtful to be able to weigh ourselves. It was really comfortable to stay here. I took a photo of the hotel before checking out."
