An unexpectedly delightful family luxury glamping experience – service and quality were both exceptional! We decided to try out this luxury glamping hotel with our kids, and I initially worried the process might be complicated. However, from the moment we stepped into the lobby, the thoughtful service from the front desk staff immediately put us at ease. During check-in, the front desk team not only patiently explained the hotel facilities and suggested nearby attractions but also thoughtfully prepared a small plush toy for our child. They even remembered our casual request for a quiet room and went out of their way to assign us a room with an absolutely stunning view. Their constant smiles, professional demeanor, and genuine warmth instantly melted away any travel fatigue we had from being on the road with kids. Stepping into the room was an even greater surprise! It was spacious, bright, and incredibly well-designed, feeling anything but cramped. The attention to detail was impeccable: not only was the bedding wonderfully soft and comfortable, but they even provided a thoughtful step stool at the bathroom vanity for kids. Outside the window, the view was nothing but lush, natural scenery – offering beautiful mountain views by day and breathtaking sunsets in the evening. Our child loved watching birds right from the window, truly embodying that 'sleeping amidst nature' luxury experience. The room's cleanliness was also beyond reproach; every corner was spotless, so we had no concerns about our child touching any dust. Both the personalized and attentive service from the front desk and the exceptional quality and design of the room far surpassed our expectations. This is undoubtedly a hidden gem for family getaways, and we're already eagerly anticipating our next visit!

It was my first time staying at a campsite, and it was a refreshing experience. The wooden cabins we stayed in had floor heating and controlled temperature, as Sayram Lake can be quite cold in the mornings and evenings. The campsite offers a variety of room types. The front desk lady was very welcoming, helping with our luggage and offering suggestions for a more enjoyable lake cruise. Breakfast was also very good, though it was quite crowded. Overall, everything was excellent.

The most surprising thing about my trip to Xinjiang was this hotel by Sayram Lake! Upon arrival, I was captivated by its unique design, featuring cabins, space capsules, and planet rooms. I originally booked a cabin, but they upgraded me to a space capsule for free. I loved it! During check-in, the front desk assistant, An, was patient, helpful, efficient, and handsome. He even gave me a Labubu blind box, which I give him a five-star rating! The other front desk staff were also good-looking. Hahaha, this is a hotel that's all about appearances. Entering the room, the warm, light-luxury ambiance was a revelation. The oversized picture window framed the snow-capped mountains like a stunning painting, allowing you to take in the view from your bed. The bed was so soft, and I slept so soundly. The room was meticulously detailed, the amenities were new and complete, and the common areas were beautifully designed, creating a captivating atmosphere in every photo. Oh, and they even provided a fruit plate in the evening! The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and was both nutritious and delicious. I loved the spicy and numbing cold bean curd, but I forgot to take a picture of the breakfast. I brought my two-year-old with me, and the staff were incredibly caring and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone with children! It's reliable! The hotel is very convenient to the Sailimu Lake Scenic Area. I woke up naturally in the morning and was only ten minutes away. This was a perfect stay. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Sailimu Lake!

The floor was so shiny that you could see your reflection in the mirror. As someone who's extremely picky about sleeping conditions, the first thing I noticed was how perfectly smooth the sheets were, wrinkle-free. The instant I lay down, the smooth feel of the premium cotton was palpable, and the duvet had the perfect loft. The hygiene was impeccable—I used my UV pen to carefully check the sheets, duvet cover, and even the bathroom corners, and they were completely spotless, even cleaner than many hospitals.

It's very close to the tourist attractions. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the beautiful scenery by opening the curtains. It's already very cold in September. The room is well-insulated. The floor heating heats up quickly, so you don't feel cold. The sanitation is also very clean. The service attitude is very good. They will actively help us with our luggage and provide us with umbrellas when it rains.
