We were in 2nd city specifically to go to the FLW Robie House, and I booked this hotel as a shot in the dark, not being familiar with Chicago. It was in a very nice area, although it was a long drive into the city. This appeared to be an older building but had been nicely remodeled in the latest decor. The staff (Cassandra) was very nice, the breakfast good, shower hot( the room had a deep tub, perfect for a hot soak after driving all day) overall a very good staff that I would recommend

Top-notch customer service was provided during our pleasant 4-night stay from April 5-9. We had one issue with housekeeping, but it was immediately taken care of by the General Manager. The staff, including Rosa, William, George, and Felecia, were fantastic and truly assets to the property and the company. We would definitely stay again when we visit this city and its surroundings. Bravo!

I spent three nights with my family members. The attention was excellent. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the variety of breakfast options. The front desk staff, Rosa and William, provide excellent service. They are friendly and helpful. George, the breakfast attendant, was extremely kind and respectful. Felicia C, the General Manager, is an exceptionally nice lady. The service she provides is exceptional. My stay was memorable thanks to her. I do not doubt that I will come back and tell everyone I know to stay at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chicago Bolingbrook.

I had a wonderful visit at this hotel is very clean. The staff is very patient. They let us eat breakfast late. She made sure my kids ate anything that we needed whether they were towels and your towels for the pool and your towels bedding, and they actually cleaned our room early on Paul request. I really appreciate that. The staff is super inviting in the manager Felecia was amazing! I love the way she runs her staff and the love that she shows. I will return!

I just want to make it clear I never stayed here. This is just my experience when making a reservation last night. Although, Cassandra didn't raise her voice but she spoke to me in an abrupt and condescending way which is unacceptable when dealing with a customer. I had all my information handy but she still was very impatient by her tone of voice. Well, today I decided to cancel the reservation for May 31 - June 2 to stay somewhere else.

This hotel is not up to Marriott standards. The carpets in rooms have stains, as well as the sofa. The carpet in the dining area has stains, holes in the wall in the room. I had sign a form saying the hotel could charge me for damaged or missing hotel property, when they obviously do not maintain it. I voiced my complaints to the manager and did receive a discount on my stay.
