I am disheartened for so many reasons. First, when we came inside the room, there's a foul smell. We informed the front desk & they sent someone to spray the room. Then there are mosquitoes, i informed the front desk too. When we left the room, they did spray, yet there were still mosquitoes. I also need to request for the supplies every day, which I shouldn't because it should be automatically placed upon making up the room. We stayed there with my hubby & 5yo son for 5 days & 4 nights.

Villa Caemilla is an excellent hotel — cozy, stylish, with a true love for details and little touches. In the room, there were fresh flowers and branches, hand cream and soap in glass bottles, wine glasses and a corkscrew, and a minibar.
It’s just a two-minute walk to the beach, practically on the first line. The staff are always friendly and ready to help — everyone smiles and greets guests, and you truly feel like a valued guest, surrounded by care.
We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, and everything was perfect — fresh food, clean, and delicious. Thank you so much for the hospitality, and please keep your unique atmosphere that makes us want to come back.
We stayed in August and everything was wonderful — we swam and enjoyed the sun!

On my previous review, I mentioned some of the drawback regarding this hotel. On my recent stay, they have managed to turn things around and made my whole stay an enjoyable one. The staffs were proactive in asking if I need any assistance. The room is clean and spacious and they had more variety of foods for their buffet breakfast. I would most likely stay here again.

We stayed here with my husband and daughter (8 months old) We wanted to find a cheap place that's literally at the FRONT Beach and for me this is the perfect place to stay especially if you are on a budget since we almost spent our day outside. The room was decent but I didn't expect too much. What I like the most in the room was the full body size mirror where we could take a family outfit check. Also, the aircon was working well. They also gave us welcome drinks and they were very responsive to our requests. The buffet was okay. We only tried it once for breakfast. We just wish that they gave us better looking view for the balcony LOL. 😂 Our view was the back of the hotel

Absolutely perfect location, right on the beach !! They have a dive company as well who are absolutely lovely (rowell&harry&arjay) my boyfriend did his open water dive for cheap in just 2 days with PADI whilst o tagged along to do fun dives !
The hotel was clean and the service was good they had a restaurant there which was cheap and had plenty of options. The laundry service was perfect we paid 600 pesos for 4 kilos of washing and it was washed/dried and folded it within a few hours!!

Family holiday, revisiting. I like the easy access to the front beach, the fun pool area their buffet but among others their chocolate cake that my youngest daughter likes.
A thumbs up to Astoria for the upgrade to the pool view room. A big thank you. The staff provide amazing services.

Hotel has a very good location, room furniture is ok. Staff extremely kind. Breakfast was definitely disappointing, elevator has been out of service for the whole holiday, got waken up by the rooster of the nearby chicken yard at 6 am the first day. Second day repairman of the hotel stuff thought to use the hammer right outside my room at 7 am. Not good not terrible, I'll book again

The room was beautiful and clean and Hazel took amazing care of me, nothing was too much trouble for her. She organised my washing and someone to book all the trips. The breakfast was amazing and I can’t wait to come back here. The photos on the booking don’t do it justice, highly highly recommended and thank you so much Hazel 🥰🏝️

ÆÆshtonThe familiar and cozy hotel is perfectly located directly on the beach and impresses with its 70s/80s charm with lots of wood and bamboo.
The southern section of the beach is some quieter and less frequented than the northern section with its hotels and the D-Mall.
The owners of the hotel and its staff are very kindly and helpful. We felt very comfortable at the Cocoloco.
We were even invited to eat Christmas cake and when one of my children wasn't feeling well, we were offered help straight away. The ladies at reception and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and hard-working. The rooms were clean and the grounds very well maintained. We could feel that it’s very important to the family that the guests feel comfortable.

GGuest UserThe hotel is excellent, with a prime location right in front of the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The only drawback is the breakfast, which is served à la carte with limited options, and certain items are frequently out of stock. A buffet-style breakfast would be a significant improvement to enhance the overall guest experience.
Despite this, I would definitely return and highly recommend Ondus Hotel.

The staff were incredibly cheerful, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay,You’re sure to enjoy your time here the beach features pristine white sand, and the pool is absolutely stunning.The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a very comfortable experience. Отдельное спасибо отелю, что заселили на 1,5ч раньше!
Есть общий кулер с питьевой водой и холодильник, куда разрешают положить фрукты, так как в номере холодильника нет.
В отеле отличный интернет, быстрый, стабильный, 2,5ч фильм грузился без проблем.
Расположение хорошее, пляж в 2х шагах, единственный минус в том, что часть пляжа прямо напротив отеля все заставлена парусными лодками, вокруг которых много рабочих и торговцев, поэтому загорать и купаться не очень комфортно, но буквально 20-50 метров влево и это проблема решается.
Территория уютная, чисто, тихо. Рядом с номерами есть столики с розетками, можно сидеть на улице и работать при желании или смотреть закат.
К номеру претензий нет, белье чистое, полотенца выдают, плюс также пляжные, кондиционер работает, горячая вода есть, напор ок.
Единственный минус - это запах канализации в ванной, довольно неприятный.
Сотрудники помогут с чемоданами и трансфером в порт/аэропорт.

VVictoria Great place right by the beach. The owner and his daughter are very welcoming and nice. Location is just perfect, shops, restaurants, bars everything is nearby. The room is simple, but if you are just there to sleep, it’s fine. The AC was working well, it was strong, so we were only using fan at night. WiFi signal was strong too.

GGuest UserStayed 2 days and 3 nights. Room was small but fit 4 people; wish there was a side table or small cabinet, and a freshener in the bath/toilet. For the price with free breakfast, still worth it! Staff gave excellent service, and you can freely use their kitchen for your own meals.
