We were situated on the area which does not have an elevator. We had to climb down the stairs to with our luggage. Other than than, the staff were very pleasant and courteous. Food dinner buffett was excellent. Beach access was a def a plus!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room and amenities made the trip very comfortable, and the location is fantastic! The food was nice, but not spectacular.

Amazing service at this hotel, the staff go above and beyond at every step to help you, and they were extremely polite and friendly the whole stay. The rooms were light and spacious, but I would recommend garden view over the pool view because of a loud fire show that happens poolside every evening at around 8pm. The hotel undersold it's proximity to the beach, it is less than 5 minutes from hotel to the water, and they have a great towel system where you can borrow from the hotel and take it with you. They also have sunbeds on the beach reserved just for hotel guests. The hotel itself has 4 pools, 2 of which are connected to rooms. One pool has the bar attached, and the final pool at the end closest to the beach is quiet (and with less children!) Plenty of sunbeds available with comfortable mats, tables, and umbrellas. The only part of the stay that was underwhelming was the food - the area that the hotel has made for the restaurant is open-air, and so the pastries were crawling with flies every morning. It was also very busy every day due to limited space, and there weren't a lot of options.

We had an absolutely wonderful 5 days and 4 nights at Henann Garden! The resort exceeded our expectations in every way — from the warm and friendly staff who were always ready to assist, to the beautiful and well-maintained facilities. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.
The pools and gardens created such a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere, and the location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach and nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and every meal we had was enjoyable.
Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at Henann Garden with our 3-year-old! The service was excellent—staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help, especially with our little one. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The pools were clean and toddler-friendly, and we felt very safe and relaxed throughout our stay. Highly recommend for families with young kids!

Best Resort in Boracay, great service from the front desk all the way to the security. Everybody make you feel confortable and important. I'm satisfied and I will go back there next time.
