Henann Park Resort

Amenities were good, nice big pool, easy access to the room by the lift? Although is only one. Food and service too notch - plenty of options for the breakfast buffet (both sweet and savoury, Asian and Western food available). People were very friendly and helpful, especially Kent from the restaurant/pool bar and Micah from reception. The distance from the beach is about 10-15 minutes, trikes are available if needed. The transport service between the mainland and Boracay is very easy, convenient and price is competitive with the other providers (I chose their transport service as it is very very convenient - they have their own private port). 5 minutes distance from supermarket quite a big one up the hill. The best part is that the hotel has staff downstairs by the lift that offer a big list of activities, all the way from helicopter 🚁 island tour to snorkeling, gun shooting, islands hopping etc. - I used their service as the price is below the market by 200-300 PHP, highly recommended!

No bacon at the breakfast buffet. You have to pay and order separately.  No sleepwear at the bfast buffet should be briefed well with the staff. I was wearing sleepwear alright, a decent shirt and normal square pants. I dnt know why it was not allowed. I had to go back to the room and change. The sleepwear dresscode should be keenly discussed with the staff. Maybe this dresscode meant no lingeries at the buffet. Weve stayed at other Henanns in bora, (regency and crystal sands), we were able to wear the same type of sleepwear to breakfast (shirt and pants) Hotel is not beach front as i thought it was. All other staff were very attentive, responsive and nice.

The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and just a short walk to the main train station. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we checked in, and the lobby had a pleasant, stylish ambiance.

Everything is good except No curtain in the room, so there is much sun rays coming in early the morning. I wonder why such simple equipment is not installed. However, decent location, good cleanliness, friendly service from frontdesk ladies to the room services staff

Location was fantastic very close to Boracay station 2. The room itself was clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds and a nice view. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. Thank you to miss kim she upgraded my room to premier. Definitely will stay henan park resort for my upcoming vacation soon.

Very nice hotel very good service & professional and friendly staff...we really enjoyed our stay!
