Gorgeous and clean hotel with a great, friendly and helpful staff! Amenities are really a great addition, especially the pool, sauna and steam bath which helped us relax after our long travels. A little far of a walk from the city center (approx. 40 min) but if you don't mind walking and exploring, it's definitely worthwhile. There's still a lot to do around the area. (Restaurants, small shops, etc)

The hotel is newly renovated, very creative and full of design. However, the hotel is located in a residential area, not a commercial area, so you need to book a taxi to get in and out, and it is not far to the city center by taxi.

First time to Bordeaux to participate in the red wine marathon. These are two things I like! One of the best hotels we have stayed at. The service through to the environment were amazing topped off by the pool and spa. Room was great too. Would go back and stay. We also liked where the hotel was based five minutes from the tram and a nice walk down the river . Cocktails at the bar were nice as well as a good breakfast.

Some of the politest and helpful staff I've ever met and done in a very quiet way. Beautiful premises. Don't know who supplies the beds and quilts but had a very relaxed sleep for the time I stayed there. It's in a quiet neighbourhood and a little bit outside of the centre so if you're not driving then there's a tram 10 minutes walk away which will take you into the city. Enjoyed my trip and I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

We traveled to Bordeaux from Paris, and thought the property was beautiful and the rooms were updated and spacious. It was a nice change from Paris. The staff was very welcoming and I had an exceptional experience with concierge that helped to secure dining reservations, set up Chateaux tastings with transportation, and recommend a boat rental in Arcachon. The local recommendations really made it a fantastic experience. The pool was nice, but we didn't get an opportunity to dine in the restaurant. We will return to Mondrian the next time we are in Bordeaux.
