Room has its own mini-fridge and kitchenette, steps from the station, many amenities in the neighborhood and easy transportation to the center. Excellent air conditioning (we visited on a hot summer weekend), room WiFi did not work but the staff let us use the Hotel staff's WiFi. They went above and beyond expectations.

We stayed here as we were travelling early and it was close to the train station. This place was the same price as the VERY basic Ibis just down the road but was so far above the standard of an Ibis, I feel bad even mentioning them in the same review. The check-in process was easy, the room was spacious and very clean, Bed was comfortable and had a great shower. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks so much guys, would 100% stay again if coming to Bordeaux

Very convenient location. The rooms need some renovation, but overall nothing extra bad, if you come there just to spend few nights.

This was a very nice place to stay. Very close to Gare St Jean. Helpful friendly receptionists. The guy helped us work out the trams annd recommended and gave us directions for a restaurant. Clean, comfortable accommodation. Would recommend for the price.

Nice, stylish, character place couple of minutes from the Bordeaux station. My toom was on two levels - not everyone will appreciate stairs down to bathroom during the night! Bathrobes was nice extra, and breakfast brought to room on tray. Couple of minor niggles, no bin in bedroom, bulb gone in bathroom.... Felt really secure as solo traveller

This is a beautiful boutique property located very close tit he train station and in a quiet, calm corner of the city. It is close to tram stops and also walkable to the center of town. Lovely, luminous, spacious (for France) accommodation with all conveniences. Very highly recommend this hidden gem!

The hotel is located a 30 minute walk from the centre of Bordeaux and most tourist attractions and restaurants. There is a tram close by that can be used very easily. The hotel room (junior suite) was large but had a strange layout with very steep stairs down to the bathroom which would not be suitable for any small children who are walking/crawling or older people. Most rooms seemed to have steps. There was no kettle or ironing board/iron provided and no phone to call reception to ask for these things and there is not always someone at reception to ask. We emailed to ask for help to arrange a wine tour before we arrived and this was not sorted so we had to organise something ourselves. I don’t think we would stay here again.

Cosy accomodation in a quite area of Bordeaux. It's very easy to reach by train or tramway. The breakfast is served in the room. I recommend the accomodation for public transport travellers, St-Jean is 300m away.
