Our room was very clean and spacious. The ****** was terrific and we had a lot of fun. We ate at the Riverview and also at the snack bar, both had delicious food! I will definitely be recommending these accommodations to friends and family!

Horrible experience. Waited in line. Was told system was down and we’d receive a call back no call after 2 hours, went back to the front desk and were expected to wait in line again. This time there were over 50 people ahead of us. Female employee named Dallas working at the MargaritaVille front desk didn’t care and was dismissive when I told her we had already waited in line. Terrible experience. Food at Drago’s was horrible.

The stay was amazing and the restaurant Drago's was great. Only one thing, the pillars in the room were kinda hard.

I wanted to use the jacuzzi at the pool but the water was cold. There were no extra towels in the room. No cups in the room for the coffee or ice. Nothing complementary for the price that residents pay. Needs to improve but overall it was enjoyed

When we walked into our room, I went in the bathroom and someone had urinated in front of the toilet on the floor. Since the hotel was sold out, we had to clean it up ourselves. Gross. We were given paper cups for our drinks, the refrigerator barely worked. Will choose another boat next time. Can’t believe this one’s gone downhill so fast.

Love staying at Margaritaville. The staff for the most part are very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. They don’t have enough handicap parking. It’s always full. The restaurants are great but I think they need more choices.

Someone had smoked and put out the cigarettes on the counter. It smelled like some one finished smoking right before I entered the room.
