The hotel is situated next to the subway exit, just a one-minute walk away, and is connected to the shopping mall, so you can avoid rainy days. The price is reasonable.
The hotel room is clean and comfortable, with a pleasant view of the Shenzhen Window of the World.
Overall, the hotel is very nice and I would rate it highly.

Nice comfortable room with both shower and tub and nice beds and pillows, but no step stool for small kids to brush teeth. No coffee capsules, but have filter coffee in the room.
Breakfast was disappointing in selections (compared to other hotels in this class) and gave me and my kid stomachaches, but my spouse was ok.
Location was excellent right on top of the Yitian mall at the Window of the World subway stop. Walked about 1.5 blocks to the Happy Valley amusement park, which was disappointing as most water rides were closed this time of year. Across the street, the Alps winter park’s ski slope was also closed since January for some reason.

The Westin Nanshan is one of my favorite hotels in the city. The service is always impeccable and the rooms are spacious and clean.

Everything is perfect! There are tons of restaurants downstairs. The hotel entrance is inside a shopping mall. It is convenient, comfortable and safe.

The room and the accessories are a bit old but clean. The view is perfect! Saturday night you will have a wonderful firework show right outside the windows. The staffs are polite and the breakfast buffet is quite good as well. The location is perfect. Overall we have a nice experience.

Very well locates just in front of Windows of the World and in the vicinity of Happy Valley, the hotel deserves its good reputation. Nice amenities, very good pool, nice staff, delicious breakfast. We booked for one night only, after some not good experiences in other hotels during our trip, but we just decided to extend the stay for a third night in a row. Do we need to add more? ;)

It’s a good clean hotel but facilities are less like there is no soap or salt near bath tub , no tissue outside , no dustbin in washroom , it’s convenient as it’s a near by attraction place , and here is nothing much to do but service is good …
