The property will be re-imagined with a thoughtful new floor plan, dramatic public spaces, 286 redesigned guestrooms (including 90 suites), stunning event spaces and new food and beverage experiences, including a rooftop restaurant, a library lounge exclusively available to hotel guests and the restoration of the beloved Street Bar. Residential in feel, each of the guest rooms and suites will incorporate a calming color palette, richly textured furnishings and original artwork, along with amenities exclusively curated for guests. The Newbury Boston will offer 16,000 square feet of dramatic and flexible event spaces that have been updated with modern functionality, providing an ideal setting for meetings and celebrations overlooking The Public Garden.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Room is nice and comfy. Location is perfect.
However, service is terrible. Like a 3-star hotel.
When we arrived, there was no doorman at the door to help with luggages. After a 24-hour door to door travel, we had to carry our luggages up and still no one offered help.
Housekeeping was not a 5-star ranking standard. Bedsheets were not changed even on the 5th night I stayed.
From day 2, we have to call front desk to replenish water everyday. If u don’t call, no water is replenish.
A request of a kettle took 30 mins.
We ordered a few packages from Amazon and Target, took them two whole days to check where are the packages. Called front desk 3 times, went down to talk face to face with front desk 2 times. Finally they found it and brought it to the room.

exceptional service and room- everyone is so friendly and helpful, and the room and bed is very cozy. Would definitely recommend as it’s also very convenient. Sad to see people on strike- wish these people would be paid better as they deserve it.

My second stay at the hotel in a month. Really impressed with hotel services by everyone i encountered at The Newbury Boston. I had a late midnight flight flying out, so have requested for a late check out via trip.com comment box. When I checked in, the hotel told me they took note of my request on the trip.com booking and gave me a late check out. Appreciate the professional service at the reception! And the efficiency of trip.com on meeting my request and bookings 🩵 Thank you

此次美國行最差的酒店，不知道好評怎麼刷來的，一晚七千多的房價，房間裏一瓶水都沒有，打了3次電話，一個小時才送了水進來。更不開心的是第一次給了房號444，是風機和廚房上的房間，吵的不得了，經過爭取，才換成644，明明酒店有空的房間，為什麼先給最差、最低樓層的房間。前台、服務員全程冷臉，感覺到歧視。攜程黑鑽的服務還是很好的，當人在海外，還是能及時得到一些幫助。

酒店位置非常好，臨近購物地點和公園。房間乾淨清潔。有很大的窗户可以打開通風。唯一的缺點就是隔音差了一點，凌晨可以聽見隔壁房間的人在電話會議。可以帶上耳塞避免這個問題。
