Location of the hotel is great, its really close to South Station and within walking distance to most of the tourist spots. The staff are friendly and the room was serviceable.

Right in the heart of the city, classic Bostonian restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff at reception and decent rooms. Nothing impressive but good place if you want to be in the city and still close to the airport (very easy to reach with the blue line). My pics are of nearby areas.

The staff at front desk are very helpful and polite. The hotel offers coffee machine at lobby and guests could enjoy cups of coffee at any time. The location of hotel is excellent which most part of Boston can be reached by walking within 40 minutes.

Wonderful stay in a prime location! Friendly staff, fab coffee in the lobby, comfy bed and very clean room. A city trip to remember :)

The room was very clean and modern. The staff was wonderful also. I would definitely stay again and loved the connected pub for food.

Very good hotel. Although it is old and small, it has plenty of space. The bed is not big but very comfortable. The laundry service is great. It is close to downtown, convenient for shopping and dining. The coffee downstairs is my favorite brand, the same brand as Penn
