Fantastic hotel! The staff is very nice, helpful and knowledgable. The room was perfect as well as the facilites (lounge, pool and gym). Breakfast is super good (don't book without it), includint all westerner and a wide range of Asian food all over the continent. The hotel building also has a shopping mall with a big supermarket inside. It is also facing the beautiful Kandawgy Lake. I'll stay here every time I visit Yangon! 😍🇲🇲

Old luxury hotel - resort style big pool, great breakfast, spacious rooms. They have to renovate it, but it still very nice.
Ah, by the way. Its hard to find some restaurants nearby - be prepared for taxi for any case. But they have 24h convenient store on first floor.
And - its very strange for the hotel of this level - there was a situation with exec lounge. It was in my booking but they refuse to give me access: ”It was an error in room description”. Guys, its really not my trouble, right? I wasnt in the mood for hard negotiations, so... let carma decide ))) And they have no local shuttle bus (yes, there is an error on hotel site). Heh )))

The hotel is relatively old, but it feels more standard when I walk in. One of the hotels I often choose is very cost-effective. Unfortunately, I once lost a pair of pants and a belt when I walked.

This hotel is in a very good location, close to the embassy, the city center shopping mall, and the nearby supermarket Shwedagon Pagoda. It is very convenient. Then there is a large space and a kitchen. Even if you go out, you will be warm even if you cook yourself some noodles. There is a washing machine downstairs. It is a convenience supermarket. Although the supermarket is not big, it basically has everything you need. The cleaning is very clean every day, and luggage can be stored. I went to other places during the trip, so I stored my luggage here. For particularly early flights in the morning, there will also be a taxi service for you. There is a restaurant on the roof. The community is very safe and there are other restaurants. Traffic jams in Yangon are very serious in the afternoon now. Living here will save you a lot of time in traffic jams.

Breakfast is very rich every day, and every day is different, this must be liked. The environment is relatively good. Relatively many hotels in the same category say that it is much quieter. The service was not even said, the hotel waiter even put my dirty clothes in a neat stack and put them away. Thank you here. The tip was originally reserved for the waiter, but was rejected. One more thing, breakfast can be delivered to the room, which is not available in similar hotels.

I’ve stayed many times when travelling to Myanmar. The staffs are friendly and courteous. Buffet breakfast selections also good and changes everyday.
The location is also good. Very near (across the road) to a shopping mall with a bakery and grocery store. Across the road from kandawgyi lake.

It is obvious that the hotel (or just my room) has old repairs
The room was dirty, a lot of dust and cigarette ash near the windows
The light in the toilet and shower is very dim
I read in reviews that you can hear dogs at night and this is true
In principle, the room is average if they cleaned it, the breakfast is normal

It is a large hotel in the city center of Yangon. The rooms are clean and tidy, well-equipped, and provide breakfast. The lunch and dinner on the top floor are also good and not expensive. The front desk receptionist is also very enthusiastic. When there is an occasional power outage, the hotel will quickly start their own generator. Recommended!
