He completely organized our sightseeing tour of the city and the trip to the Golden Rock! The service was top-notch: from the quick check-in to the smallest details, everything was thought out and organized with great professionalism. "I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When we arrived, the room was not clean at all. There was dust everywhere, and the bedsheet even had lipstick stains on it, which was unacceptable. Another issue was the pricing. Even though we are locals, we were still charged in USD, which made everything much more expensive. The hotel services are also overpriced. For example, the laundry service cost over 30 USD for only 12 clothes, which is unreasonable. Overall, the cleanliness, service quality, and pricing did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience."

And - its very strange for the hotel of this level - there was a situation with exec lounge. It was in my booking but they refuse to give me access: "It was an error in room description". Guys, its really not my trouble, right? I wasnt in the mood for hard negotiations, so... let carma decide ))) And they have no local shuttle bus (yes, there is an error on hotel site). Heh )))"
