Little Nook is the separate annexe to our home, Three Nooks. There are no neighbours save for a herd of cows so it is a very peaceful place. The accomodation comprises large downstairs hall, kitchen and shower room and stairs up to the very large studio room which can sleep up to 4 people on a double bed and two single beds.There are wonderful uninterrupted views across the fields from the juliette balcony and a view down the driveway through the quirky round window. Peace and quiet reign.There is a small outside space down one side of Little Nook which is a real sun trap with a bench looking over the fields. At the back of Little Nook is a six seater hot tub for your sole, private use. Little Nook is detached and very private with car parking space directly in front of it’s door.Down the winding driveway is a little lane surrounded by fields. We are the only property on the lane.Car parking directly in front of Little Nook.Set in the pretty village of Clifton, the village shop is half a miles walk from Little Nook.There is a great selection of pubs within the local area of two miles and some wonderful walks in the parks of Preston, beaches of Lytham St Anne’s and Southport and Lytham Hall.
