Hotel confortevole e comodo, essendo vicino al centro di Bracciano ed alle principali strade di collegamento. Segnalo in particolare la preparazione e gentilezza dei proprietari che si occupano di tutto con accuratezza. Torneremo sicuramente altre volte

Prenoto 3 stanze oer ospiti del mio matrimonio. Lvaria condizionata non funzionava in nessuna delle 3 e facevano 38 gradi. Non solo lo staff non aveva per tempo del malfunzionamento, ma non è stato nemmeno in grado di offrire alternative né di scusarsi. Ciliegina sulla torta nonostante avessimo già saldato su booking hanno fatto pagare nuovamente gli ospiti al momento del checkout. Oltre alla brutta figura e al brutto risveglio, sto ancora aspettando il rimborso dopo più di un mese.

Hotel datato e con poca manutenzione situato proprio in centro a Bracciano lungonla strada. Nessun ascensore; colazione praticamente inesistente con cibo di scarsa qualita, camere poco pulite, copriletto macchiato. Gestori/proprietari scortesi.

Ho soggiornato per una notte con mio marito,dopo un convegno in zona.Posizione centrale,senza parcheggio privato,ma solo a pagamento in strada e nemmeno vicino.Stanza spaziosa e piuttosto pulita.Letto molto duro e cuscino scomodo.Bagno senza finestra,vecchio e in degrado imbarazzante..Lo scarico della doccia era intasato e fare la doccia è stato veramente un disastro.Durante la notte ci sono stati diversi rumori provenienti dal distributore di bevande e snack,posto al piano inferiore.Alla reception sono stati piuttosto cortesi,ma veramente molto distaccati e poco accoglienti.La colazione in una sala piccola,è molto spartana,poca varietà e con prodotti industriali di scarsa qualità. La cameriera è stata abbastanza gentile.Al pagamento ci è stata rilasciata una ricevuta non fiscale,con solo i dati di mio marito!

Prezzi assolutamente alti in confronto ad altri alberghi nei dintorni tenuti molto meglio e con prezzi più bassi!!! Albergo visibilmente vecchio e non curato. Camere tenute abbastanza male con muri molto sporchi, polvere e aria condizionata molto rumorosa. Bagno pulito ma non tutta la biancheria relativa. Puó capitare? No, non con la bianchetia da bagno. Colazione scarsa e dolce (a parte il burro) e ok ma almeno i cornetti... tra le poche cose 4 merendine già aperte (non credo sia igienico...) e una paio di tortine super commerciali, yogurt e cereali. stop. Non credo proprio che ci torneró.

Piccolo hotel in pieno centro di Bracciano. La struttura ha sicuramente visto tempi migliori ed avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernata. Camera un pò claustrofobica con un unico finestrino che dava sul cortile interno.
