"We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate."

"Breakfast is not bad, only daily. The swimming pool is good, the water is deep, the key is that there are few people in the pool and the location is pretty good. Hotel room service is relatively general, the key cleaning and cleaning and changing towels are not very positive, but the service attitude is not bad. In addition, the hotel has its own durian for sale, which is inexpensive."

"Staffs and security guards were friendly, approachable and accommodating 10/10 Although there were only a few selections on their buffet, it was worth it because the meal was delicious 9/10 The room was clean but the furniture seemed old and could benefit from a fresh paint job to its look 8/10 I love the shampoo and lotion 1M/10😅 We highly recommend this hotel. It offers great value for its price. We’ll definitely be back for another stay ❤️"

"I recently stayed at Hotel Galleria in Davao City. While the location is quite convenient, I feel that the overall experience could use some improvement. The hotel feels a bit dated and would definitely benefit from some renovation and repairs. Cleanliness was also a concern — we felt the need to sanitize the room ourselves upon arrival, and there were moments we weren’t entirely comfortable with the beddings, possibly due to bed bugs or maybe I was just being overly cautious. I even had to place the blanket underneath me before settling in. That said, I hope the management takes this as constructive feedback. With a few updates and better attention to cleanliness, the hotel has the potential to offer a much more pleasant stay."

"I checked in at past 10 pm and got a big room, bigger than what I expected for the price. The room, including the bathroom, is obviously newly renovated. I will recommend it to friends.The location is just perfect for my needs."

"In the center of the city, there are 7-11 when you go out, there are bars and American restaurants in the courtyard, and San Pedro Church is also very close. The decoration style is close to Chinese folk customs, and the overall is relatively comfortable. There is nothing to say about the service in the Philippines. The waiters always smile and try to help you solve all problems. I found an open market nearby on the Baidu map and feasted on durian and mangosteen. Special reminder that currently all places in Davao are non-smoking, indoor and outdoor are banned, and durians are also not allowed in the hotel."
