Hôtel pas loin de la plage Chambre Classic nous avons eu les chiffons encore restant dans notre salle de bain des femmes de ménage je penses .. Pas mal de fissures et de trous dans le plafond et énormément bruillant on entant chaque voisins

It was very good, you just go in when you want. Opening times of the bar were not important. Breakfast/in- and check-out just at the main building of Prado itself. If it's 100m away, it's much 😃🤷

Service: Very dependent on who's at the front desk. The young lady is fantastic! When we wanted to book an extra night, no discount was considered in the offer. Quite the opposite; the upgrade we received at check-in was fully charged for if we wanted to extend our stay. Booking online would have been €30 cheaper than extending our stay at the front desk! Problems with the air conditioning: it doesn't work. The room quickly became very warm. Although we reported it several times, it wasn't resolved. Otherwise, the location was perfect!

Great hotel in Oostende for a small budget. Good location, close to bars and restaurants. Easy to find and good service. Rooms are not big if you travel with big suitcases, but manageble. Just a few steps and you'll be at the beach to enjoy the Belgian coast.
