Guarulhos Hotels with Breakfast

The hotel staff Henry and Laura were super helpful, they helped my deaf brother by translating on google translate app and was helping him calling taxi and many thing! That was super great experience! So thank you all. We will stay again

Para mim super funcionou,eu cheguei no aeroporto de uma longa viagem vindo de Macau e precisava de um lugar para passar a noite,descansar antes de seguir viagem pelas rodovias do Brasil. Quarto pequeno porém cômodo e reformado, o problema foram as janelas pequenas do banheiro e do quarto que eu me hospedei,mas de qualquer maneira foi uma boa experiência. Com um transfer muito bom e o café da manhã também. É um hotel ótimo para quem têm viagens do Aeroporto de Guarulhos.

The hotel was the most comfortable and the hotel was the location, it took us only 10 minutes to reach the airport (by 3 a.m.), the friendly staff and the normal Ibis hotel. However, I think the facilities are a little disappointed, the bathroom door of the room where I hosted (stage 15) was wrongly fitted and did not close, there was no bathing shampoo**** (the bottle was empty), The lift was old (it had a glass grinding on the top) I think by the price per night they could re-model the facilities. I have already visited other Ibis, 1 in Peru and this is the second in Brazil and it disappointed me a little, I thought they would be like the previous ones where I hosted.

Very spacious rooms, with living space and small kitchen. Comfortable bed, and good shower. Very close to the GRU airport, and transfer service works well. The hotel is located at a part of town where there isn't a lot around to do and not very safe to go out at night. Decent restaurant on the premises.

Disappointing stay—lack of basic amenities and very poor service. While the room itself was clean, the overall experience was far from satisfactory for the price. First of all, there were absolutely no basic amenities provided—not even a single bottle of complimentary water or indoor slippers. Is this standard Brazilian hotel culture? Even so, it's hard to justify. To make matters worse, the service was frustrating. Despite checkout time being officially set at 12:00 PM, the front desk started calling our room at 10:00 AM to wake us up. Shortly after, at 10:30 AM, the housekeeping staff knocked on the door and woke us up again. Clean rooms are great, but the terrible service and lack of basic hospitality made this a very disappointing stay. Definitely not worth the price.

Facilities: This is a fairly new hotel, opened in 2014, but only 13 square meters. It's a very basic Ibis style room with just a bed and a desk. The hotel is quite clean. However, there's no refrigerator in the room. If you need to keep something cold, you can ask the front desk to store it in one of the two small refrigerators in the storage room. Rooms facing the road can be noisy.

Um fato desagradável , ter que trocar de quarto pois o controle da tv parou e a outra tv era só via internet sem os canais básicos!!!!! E o colchão da outra cama muito mole!

Not bad, convenient transportation

AIRSIDE hotel, meaning it's located after security and exit passport/immigration control. This hotel is the absolute best option if you have a long connection and/or early flight. Please note that because it's located airside (in the internal departures area) you need a valid, scannable boarding pass in order to access it. The only possible downside if that if there is any issue with getting your boarding pass (for example the day before, if like me you wanna sleep there and be ready to go to your gate the day after) that will always be a risk, as it will likely be too late to get a refund on your booking. However, other than the risk with the boarding pass, this is absolutely the best hotel location wise. It was extremely clean, good bed, shower, room, etc, perfect. Also, I don't smoke, but it may be of interest to some travellers that they have an outside, open air garden, inside the hotel for smokers.

Good morning coffee. Great service. Better care, Barbara!! Excellent price. The hotel is quiet and has restaurants nearby, it has not only a large market, but a bakery and merchandise.
