Aksu City Hotels with Breakfast

The hotel lobby is spacious, perfect for reading or working. The robot delivery service was also very convenient. The breakfast selection, including fruits, was delicious and to my liking. The staff were exceptionally enthusiastic and helpful. Thumbs up!

The service experience is very good. Although the elevator just broke down at midnight and coincided with the holiday, there were a lot of luggage, but the service staff were very enthusiastic to help solve the problem of carrying the box upstairs.

Very satisfied with the trip to Xinjiang, all the way from Urumqi to Kashgar and then back. I passed by Aksu and saw that there was a Populus euphratica season. I chose this starway hotel and set a parent-child room. It was a surprise. First of all, the space was very large and there was a small refrigerator and a tent inside. The child especially likes it because it is the little boy. The front desk manager specially arranged the blue theme and sent us up. There are robots to deliver things. The children are particularly surprised. The breakfast is a surprise for me. There are various breakfasts of Chinese and Western styles. Soy milk can be drunk and cooked. The big sister who cooked noodles was also amiable. After checking out, the front desk also presented a beautiful small gift. I highly recommend this hotel. The human touch is full. The room is big! The bedding is absolutely perfect! Super super comfortable. The whole house is small and super convenient. Very new, very clean and super comfortable. The front desk lady is kind and patient! All questions are very positive responses! When the first day arrived, the plane was late and arrived at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a driver to pick it up early! Really like home! The breakfast is very rich and the service ladies are also very good! Super super good! Super recommended place! Renewed! This was my first time visiting Aksu, and after considerable deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily because its exterior gave the impression of a proper, legitimate establishment. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

Highly recommended! The entire experience from check-in to check-out was pleasant. The room was clean and hygienic, well-equipped, and the bedding was very comfortable; I slept soundly until morning. Excellent value for money! The hotel's design is stylish; both the lobby and rooms are impressive, and the location is superb! Although located in a bustling area, the rooms were very soundproofed, making it very quiet at night and not disturbing my rest at all. There are also many options for eating, drinking, and entertainment nearby. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time; it's truly amazing and highly recommended!

This hotel, formerly a high-end business hotel, is a bit dated now, showing its age, but it still retains its former grandeur. There's parking available at the entrance; it used to be free but now costs 10 yuan at most. They offer airport transfer service. The bedding is very comfortable, the room is clean, and the housekeeping staff on my floor were very friendly. The food on the third floor is delicious, and the breakfast is abundant, with free shoe-shining service provided during breakfast. Even the security guards are very welcoming. The hotel is a bit old, but still suitable for business travelers. However, there's an older woman at the front desk, with noticeably narrow, 'triangular' eyes (Han ethnicity), who acts as if everyone owes her money. Communicating with her is very unpleasant, and it's not the first or second time this has happened.

The hotel is very close to the train station, just a few hundred meters away. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel facilities and environment are very good, and it is kept very clean. The front desk service is excellent.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel was clean and tidy, with a great location and super convenient transportation. A special shout-out to Xiaoli at the front desk; her service was warm and attentive, check-in and check-out were quick, and she was gentle and patient, promptly helping to resolve any issues. The entire experience was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!
