MM278342****The beautiful receptionist was very welcoming. The room was newly renovated and equipped with smart technology. Laundry and a fitness center are all available. The place was clean, and the breakfast was particularly rich. My takeout order was delivered by the hotel's robot (👍). The stay was a great experience. (I took a few quick photos before leaving.)
I'd say this hotel is one of the better ones I've stayed in. I give it a thumbs up. 👍👍👍

GGuest UserStaying at your hotel for the first time, I feel particularly warm, comfortable, clean and luxurious! The service staff smiled and served ． Especially the two front desk staff of Ari Pumunizhi at the front desk were more enthusiastic, serious and meticulous, and took the trouble to consider the guests ． Because I used Didi to the hotel for the first time, I not only helped me carefully and patiently check the invoice message again and again. Also took the initiative to help me complete the billing process on the platform. Free heart-warming nuts, yogurt and mineral water, free individually washed clothes, face-to-face sheets, service is really good value for money, let guests feel warm, enthusiastic, patient, attentive and warm, home away from home intimate service!
It is worth the experience of all our partners across the country!

Except for no air conditioning, the room is fine, it should be such a place that it is not very useful. Breakfast is more characteristic, to go to the rooftop of the building, after breakfast, you can follow the scenery, it is estimated that when the weather is good, you can see the highest peak of Tianshan. In one direction, you can see the freight yard in the train station. It is very convenient to walk to the train station from here after check-out.

AAnonymous UserWhen I first booked this hotel online, I was a little hesitant and the rating was not high, but when I saw the number of collections, I decisively placed the order. The front desk staff was very qualified and the security guard was particularly responsible for helping us with our luggage. The most praiseworthy thing is that there is a charging station for electric cars at the door of the hotel. The only drawback is that this hotel may have been open for a long time and the decoration is a bit old-fashioned, but it is tidy and clean, and the price is very fair. We have eaten Sichuan people's food and stayed in Sichuan people's hotels along the way. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Aksu, I will continue to stay in this hotel.
