The room itself was quite nice; they upgraded us to a different room type for free, and the whole room was equipped with smart technology, a stark contrast to the exterior. The owner told me that many people canceled their bookings after seeing the outside and being disappointed, which is a real shame. She manages the hotel at night. When guests raise issues at the front desk, she promptly dispatches them, handles them flexibly, and thoughtfully arranges for a comfortable stay. If I have a complaint, it's that some equipment produces a low-frequency noise when it's running. Younger, sleepy people might not mind it, but older people like us who have trouble sleeping are more sensitive to it.
