VVvvshiwoaFor a friend, this hotel has a great stay experience, the front desk staff is particularly good, warm and caring. There is also a food delivery robot that is particularly convenient. Takeaways and items can be delivered to the room. It is worry-free and has a sense of technology. The overall service is meticulous and thoughtful. I will choose this one next time.

The hotel is clean, service is good.
So, this trip we picked Xuda ( Liming Lake) again. Though it is winter time, staff are warm n friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.

The room is spacious and bright, cleaned spotlessly, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the sound insulation effect is good, and the night is good. GGuest UserThe hot spring is generally good, with fresh water every day. The staff are very enthusiastic and answer any questions. Everything is paid for, 5 yuan to inflate the swimming ring, 2 yuan to rent a bathrobe... The room is too bad. Let's talk about checking in first. During the National Day holiday, there was only one auntie cleaning the room. We arrived at 12 o'clock and were asked to wait. We couldn't enter the hot spring first. We could only check in and enter the hot spring after 3 p.m. After coordination, we were given a room to change clothes first. Then the room was too cold and there was no heating air conditioner. I asked the front desk and they said the air conditioner could only cool. The towels in the last room were white with black spots.
