酒店安排的房間剛好是朝陽的，進去以後感覺很温馨，洗臉毛巾是一次性的，酒店智能還挺好用，浴室裏還有個男士專用小便池，智能馬桶＋一次性的馬桶墊，真的很不錯，最主要是還有個免費洗衣房，旅遊這一路堆積的衣服終於可以洗了，洗完以後放在房間裏面專用的晾衣架上，一晚上就幹了，真心不錯

酒店入住體驗非常不錯，整體環境大氣整潔，地理位置優越，出行路況順暢，周邊生活配套齊全。酒店衞生打掃得十分徹底，客房寬敞明亮，佈局合理，床品柔軟乾淨，保暖效果很好，很適配高原地區氣候。工作人員服務熱情禮貌，辦理入住退房高效快捷，服務細緻貼心，全程入住舒心又安逸。

這次自駕大西北，無意間訂了柏樹山下這家野奢酒店，直接成為整趟旅程最驚喜的一站！ 選址真的絕，紮根在羣山之間，推開門就是一望無際的西北曠野，沒有城市的嘈雜，安靜又治癒。酒店自帶馬場，上午騎上馬沿着山林慢慢走，風吹過來滿眼綠意，隨手拍都是大片；午後不想動，就去營地圍爐煮茶，炭火咕嘟煮着熱茶，和朋友坐着閑聊放空，氛圍感直接拉滿。 客房是簡約野奢的風格，沒有過度堆砌裝飾，床品軟糯親膚，睡得特別安穩。獨立衞生間乾淨無異味，配套的洗護用品香氣高級，細節完全不輸城市酒店。工作人員態度温和貼心，有任何需求迴應都很及時。
