GGuest UserXingcheng's service is impeccable, truly excellent! Especially the front desk staff, who are warm, attentive, and proactive. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The only downside is that parking is shared with other businesses, making it difficult to park on holidays and weekends, and getting out can be a hassle due to traffic congestion, requiring you to call and wait for others to move your car. Otherwise, everything is great!

The hotel was renovated soon and the room was well equipped. The hotel has its own parking lot for easy driving. The hotel breakfast is simple, the service staff on the floor are enthusiastic and proactive and willing to help. During the two days of staying, an accident occurred. The hotel and Trip.com were actively solved. The young manager of the hotel was sincere, not shirked, and the professionalism was high. On the whole, short stay is a good choice.

GGuest UserThis hotel offers excellent value for money! The rooms are bright, quiet, and conveniently located. It's surrounded by the Tea Horse Road and countless restaurants! I especially loved the breakfast; the steamed buns and beef noodles were homemade by the Hui Muslim staff. Absolutely delicious! 😋 The kitchen was impeccably clean, with a full range of condiments to choose from according to your preference. Superb! 👍

There is a water dispenser at the reception, free to use umbrellas, a hair dryer, a water kettle, and loose tea leaves.
It is also ideally located, just in front of the bus station, and very close to the old quarter.

MM637009****This stay was absolutely amazing! As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I felt the upscale atmosphere. The exquisite decor and cleanliness created a pleasant atmosphere. Today's front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and courteous, and the check-in process was quick and easy. They always smiled and answered questions without a trace of impatience; they were incredibly approachable.
The room was even more pleasantly surprised. It was warm and comfortable, with soft bedding that made for a wonderful sleep. It was fully equipped with every amenity and impeccably clean. The bathroom was also very well maintained, and the toiletries were of excellent quality.
The breakfast was varied, with fresh ingredients, and was delicious. Parking and laundry facilities were also very convenient. The surrounding area is convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would stay here again! I highly recommend it to everyone.

Disadvantages: The bracket that fixes the shower head is broken, and the hot and cold water instructions are opposite. Water leaking from under the glass shower door will spread outside. The water didn't come until nearly 9 a.m. on the second day after we checked in. It was very inconvenient for us because of urgent pipe repairs.
Maybe my room is an individual case.
Putting these aside, everything else is ok.
