"Staying at this hotel again, I was deeply impressed by the attentive and warm service. The rooms were spacious, bright, and well-equipped, and the cleanliness was impeccable. "The hotel is ideal as it is walking distance to the centre of the city and to many of the major sights of the city. The room was very spacious and clean and is one of only a couple of other hotels we stayed at in China where the cleaners made the bed. The room had all the facilities one would expect, although the internet connection was a bit weak. The breakfast was entirely adequate. The staff was at all times friendly and welcoming. Given the difficulty of making travel arrangements for a non-Chinese speaker, a hotel staff member actually accompanied us to the bus station to buy a ticket to Tianshui and insisted on paying the taxi fare."

The location is excellent, just in the Baiyi Square business district, shopping and shopping are particularly convenient, and it is easy to find a taxi. The front desk staff was gentle and polite, the check-in and check-out speed was very fast, and the whole process was efficient and worry-free.

"Really beautiful and new hotel. A lot of things are really nice over here. Very friendly, patient and helpful staff, great breakfast and cosy modern hotel rooms. But a lot could also be better. A couple of things in the room were broken, such as one of the bedlights, and a table and chair were damaged. A real pitty for such a new hotel. The room could also be a bit cleaner. Upon arrival the floor was sticky and there were stains in one of the pillowcases, and on the chair and table. The biggest problem for us was the room temperature, 25 degrees. We assumed that every hotel in China would have aircon. But that wasn't the case, I probably should have paid more attention when I booked the room."

"The scenery of the Great Northwest is really good. From Qinghai to Linxia, I stayed at this hotel for the first time. I was very warm as soon as I entered the door. The little girl at the front desk took the initiative to say hello and poured me a cup of local eight treasure tea. It was very delicious. When I checked in, I sent two more bottles of water. It was said that the northwest was relatively dry. This move was very warm. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk even recommended some good restaurants nearby. There was a pretty good noodle shop nearby, but unfortunately, I was in a rush and forgot to take pictures of the hotel.

MM637009****This stay was absolutely amazing! As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I felt the upscale atmosphere. The exquisite decor and cleanliness created a pleasant atmosphere. Today's front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and courteous, and the check-in process was quick and easy. They always smiled and answered questions without a trace of impatience; they were incredibly approachable.
The room was even more pleasantly surprised. It was warm and comfortable, with soft bedding that made for a wonderful sleep. It was fully equipped with every amenity and impeccably clean. The bathroom was also very well maintained, and the toiletries were of excellent quality.
The breakfast was varied, with fresh ingredients, and was delicious. Parking and laundry facilities were also very convenient. The surrounding area is convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would stay here again! I highly recommend it to everyone.

The room rate is less than 400 and includes breakfast, which is absolutely worth it. Because I only gave one door card when I checked in, my family was still in the room when I went out for a run in the morning. After running, I asked the front desk for another card (you need to swipe the card to take the elevator). Although another waiter took over the matter and quickly made a card for me, she said when she gave me the card, ”You have to return two cards when you check out.” This makes people feel bad. What's the use of asking for a room card of the hotel?
