"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-star recommendation! The top choice for families traveling with seniors in Gannan! During this road trip through Gannan, considering the limited accommodation options and inadequate facilities in Xiahe County, and worried about the seniors' rest, we specifically chose to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Linxia's Bafang Shisanxiang area. This proved to be a very wise decision. We were very fortunate to have Manager Zhu Gaofei (I might not remember his name perfectly) and two other female managers on duty on check-in day. Our group included seniors and had a lot of luggage, and the managers were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout, proactively assisting with arrangements. What impressed us most was the consistently warm and sincere service from every manager and staff member. Secondly, the hotel's facilities are brand new. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the mattresses are just the right firmness. The soundproofing is excellent, making it ideal for resting after a long road trip. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and caters to a broad range of tastes. Ample free parking is available, making it very convenient for road trips. The public areas are well-equipped, with a 24-hour self-service laundry room and a bar, which is very convenient for long-distance travelers. Compared to hotels in Gannan's counties, this hotel offers comprehensive facilities and a high level of comfort. For travelers with elderly family members or those seeking stable accommodations when visiting Xiahe and Maqu, Linxia is a recommended transit point. Finally, a special thank you to Manager Zhu Gaofei and the other two managers for their attentive and meticulous service. The experience was excellent, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Linxia!"

"A new hotel with five-star standards, a grand lobby, large rooms, clean and comfortable. The floor is high and you can enjoy the city view. The room rate is less than 400 and includes breakfast, which is absolutely worth it. If there is a slight shortcoming, it is that the training level and service awareness of the service staff still need to be improved. Because I only gave one door card when I checked in, my family was still in the room when I went out for a run in the morning. After running, I asked the front desk for another card (you need to swipe the card to take the elevator). When I explained the situation to one of the waiters, she didn't even raise her eyes and kept looking at the computer. Although another waiter took over the matter and quickly made a card for me, she said when she gave me the card, ”You have to return two cards when you check out.” This makes people feel bad. Do you need to explain this specifically? Isn't it common sense to return several cards given? Is it because they are worried that I will embezzle a room card of the hotel when I check out? What's the use of asking for a room card of the hotel? In addition, the doorman standing at the gate stood next to me when I was loading my luggage, and turned a blind eye throughout the whole process, without any intention of helping. "I loved this hotel. A great location with many city sights within walking distance. Temples, Mosques, and the famous, silk road era: ”8 squares and 13 lanes” neighborhood (The name of this historic area is sometimes rendered in English as 8 squares and 13 alleys, or even 8 lanes and 13 alleys. You might want to just call it ”Bafang”) The front desk was completely helpful with answers to all of both my logical and my dumb questions! One very important thing to note is this: Although Trip.com lists the hotel's name as ”Olman Hotel”, that name will not get you there via Didi or anything else! On the building itself its name is ”Ouman”, and it seems to sometimes refer to itself as ”Home Inn”. ”Ouman Hotel” worked for me with Didi. I recommend this hotel and a sincerely recommend this interesting city!"

"After dinner, I walked back to the hotel. My hair got wet from the rain, and my pant legs were soaked. My thermal leggings felt damp and a bit uncomfortable on my legs. I wanted to take a warm shower, but even after letting the water run for 10 minutes, it never got hot. Luckily, I was worried about catching a cold so I didn't actually wash my hair, but my legs and feet got wet and felt even colder. It seemed like I didn't get warm at all, but rather colder. Aside from the shower not working properly, everything else was good!"

"Really beautiful and new hotel. A lot of things are really nice over here. Very friendly, patient and helpful staff, great breakfast and cosy modern hotel rooms. But a lot could also be better. A couple of things in the room were broken, such as one of the bedlights, and a table and chair were damaged. A real pitty for such a new hotel. The room could also be a bit cleaner. Upon arrival the floor was sticky and there were stains in one of the pillowcases, and on the chair and table. The biggest problem for us was the room temperature, 25 degrees. We assumed that every hotel in China would have aircon. But that wasn't the case, I probably should have paid more attention when I booked the room."
