Maybe there is no stay for a long time, the ground, bay windows, and the desktop are gray, but the waiter cleaned it the next day. And the bathroom door of my room cannot be closed. The overall situation is better and worth recommending.

During the Chinese New Year holiday, our family of four visited Ruili and stayed in an audio-visual twin room. The room was very spacious with a pleasant ambiance. The toiletries were spotless. The twin beds were particularly impressive, each a generous 1.5 meters wide, perfectly accommodating two children on a single bed! The front desk staff, especially the lady assisting us, was exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. Breakfast offered a generous spread, and the laundry facilities were very convenient. The hotel is conveniently located near all the tourist attractions. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip. My only regret is forgetting to take more photos – I only managed to snap one!

Upon check-in, we received a brochure detailing nearby attractions, which was a nice touch for out-of-town guests. We had to clean the air conditioning filter ourselves upon entering the room. The bedding was clean. The bathroom exhaust fan, however, was not working. We reported it to the front desk before heading out, but it remained unfixed when we returned that evening, and we received no follow-up. Since we were only staying one night, we decided not to press the issue. The hotel is conveniently located for visiting nearby attractions and has its own parking lot.

Choosing this hotel for our motorbike trip was absolutely the best decision! The hygiene standards are incredibly high; even the towels in the room came individually packaged. Every detail in the room was impeccably maintained, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries in the bathroom were neatly arranged, making our stay incredibly reassuring. When the staff saw us arrive on motorbikes, they guided us to a dedicated parking spot and even provided free washing tools. They really understand the needs of fellow riders! The facilities are new, the air conditioning in the room quickly cooled or heated, and there's a mini-fridge for chilled drinks – perfect for a refreshing sip after a ride. The hotel's location is quiet yet convenient, and the surrounding roads are great for biking. My favorite part was the pool; the greenery and sun umbrellas by the poolside created an amazing atmosphere, perfect for magazine-worthy photos. After a long day, soaking in the hot spring was truly relaxing. The hotel manager is also a motorcycle enthusiast, and we chatted with him extensively about the joys of our journey. He even helped us plan our riding routes. We made new friends during our stay, which was incredibly rewarding and enjoyable. If we ever get the chance, I'll definitely ride back to Ruili with my friends to experience this hotel again and catch up with my new friend, the manager.

400多元的簡易家庭房，此行最便宜的酒店，做好了心理準備，就是住一晚嘛！沒想到超值，除了沒有床頭燈沒有浴缸，其他都很滿意，性價比超高，淋浴是温泉水，旁邊樓上就是温泉區可泡澡按摩，太趕了沒來得及體驗。房間裏還有一棵小文竹，喜歡。瑞麗還沒有像芒市一樣漲價。推薦。

This hotel is a nice place for all kinds of traveler! Price is not high. So many varieties of foods can be found near the hotel. It’s a nice place for Marketing tourism as it borders with Myanmar. And you can see the varieties of culture as it is a home for so many ethnic nationalities here.Desk service, room service, breakfast etc. are all good. 👍
