位置非常好，有陽台開窗就能看到江景，出門就是紀念館、博物館、圖書館，背後還有一個很漂亮的寺廟，當時在修葺中，不能參觀。樓下吃得方便，唯一不好的是，春節期間，停車位有些緊張。
