Very happy with this hotel. The room is large and clean and the location is top notch. It is also close to the intercity train station. This is now my first choice of place to stay.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, the decoration is relatively new, the location is OK, the hotel provides free breakfast, the food variety and quality are OK! One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left. We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didn’t happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!

Also I wanted a non-smoking room, the hotel arranged for me to stay on the 2nd floor, but the room had two soot cups, if someone smoked in the other rooms, the smell of smoke would enter the room from the air conditioning vents, the smell of smoke was also one of the hard to accept. Why doesn't the hotel arrange for one of the floors to be non-smoking? If I had known smoking was allowed throughout the hotel, I wouldn't have chosen
