This stay experience is super full! The location of the hotel is too convenient, just a few minutes walk to the company, the surrounding supermarkets and restaurants are all available, and it is worry-free to travel and find food. The room was clean and impeccable, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom had no smell, and there was no dust in the corner. It was especially safe to live. The facilities are perfect, the WiFi network speed is fast, the air temperature is accurate, the sound insulation effect is excellent, and you can sleep late at night. The most pleasant surprise is the service, the front desk is warm and professional, the check-in and check-out are efficient and fast, and the surrounding play guide is also actively recommended; There is a need to call customer service, the response speed is super fast, the whole process is intimate and not disturbed. The price is super high, I have recommended it to my friends, I will choose here next time!

The hotel is fully equipped and convenient; the room layout is reasonable, the mood is elegant, clean and hygienic; the waiter smiles and welcomes the guests, warm and welcoming, sincere, and speaks softly and feels at home. The parking lot environment needs to be improved.

A happy stay, the room is large and clean, smart toilet. Pet friendly. It is close to Baiyun Lake in Suizhou and not far from the city government. Easy to play in the city. Suizhou will come later.

This newly opened hotel boasts brand-new facilities. The large TV with screen mirroring was perfect for watching the game, which was a huge plus! The air conditioning was very strong. Laundry service was super convenient; you just scan a QR code to place an order and a robot comes to pick it up. It's also just 1km from Wuyue Plaza.

The hotel is quiet and elegant. The front desk service is very thoughtful and the stay is very smooth and comfortable. The breakfast is rich and delicious and very satisfactory. The details are well done and will still be chosen next time.

Five-star full score recommended city convenience (Suizhou Railway Station)! The location is really amazing, just opposite Suizhou Railway Station, it takes seven or eight minutes to walk, catching the train, getting off the bus is particularly worry-free, dragging luggage without going far. The front desk staff was warm and polite, the check-in and check-out speed was very fast, and they would take the initiative to recommend local snacks around.

In 2024, my wife and I traveled by car, and I needed to take a break in the middle. Rest, I stayed at this hotel. After two years, this time I was traveling with my family, Suizhou was still the last stop, and I still chose this hotel. I like the European-style decoration style of the Vienna Hotel very much. The door signboard is very eye-catching. The interior space of the lobby is wide and the atmosphere is high-grade. Thanks to the girl at the front desk for free upgrade to the room. The oversized room is clean and tidy, the supporting facilities are perfect, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, the sound insulation effect is good, and the rest is very quiet at night. The bathroom with separate dry and wet, hot water is enough. The dining place is bright, the dishes are fresh and the variety is rich. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is a gospel for self-driving tours, free self-service laundry room, complete supporting facilities, washing machine ＋ dryer ＋ ironing machine, so intimate!

Book 7 days in advance and request to be arranged on the 5th floor; tonight, stay at the defendant's room 1 on the first floor. There was no request before, and the check-out consultation front desk said that you did not make a request, and the request can be arranged. The arrangement is not good, no one contacted me to communicate and coordinate? Every time I book online at Trip.com , I always arrange the most dissatisfied room, which is too unsatisfactory. Can I book a room online in the future?

The hotel environment is superb, the rooms are spacious and bright, the facilities are complete and very new. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the toiletries are of good quality. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The overall experience is excellent, highly recommended!
