環境一般，服務態度差，前台懶，招待所人員工作失誤造成需要換房卡，自己不帶過來，還想強迫客人自己去拿。服務員不敲門不經過客人允許直接進入房間，徑直去開衞生間門，也不管衞生間裏面有沒有人在。

作為一家原來隨州市的名片酒店，現在屬實是沒落了，本人從事酒店行業十五年，客觀地，從酒店運營管理角度評價，確實是不行，一大家三間房住了兩天，第一天入住辦理的時候説早餐現在因為過年，做的不太好，那也就原諒了，不談了，可是衞生為啥可以差到這樣的程度：床單、被套上很多污漬，布草嚴重老化，一層樓八個服務員做衞生也根本沒有把任何角落的衞生弄乾凈，續住衞生更是瞎糊弄，對了，服務員多也是有好處的，一大早上班了就在樓道討論工作，把住客全部吵醒…隔音差得一塌糊塗…空調温度一直沒有辦法維持恆定，要麼熱要麼冷，住了兩晚上鼻炎犯了，鼻子乾的疼…打電話叫服務員説床單不乾淨，過來個大姐一丁點愧疚沒有，反而覺得在給她找麻煩，算了，堅持住好了，也別麻煩別人了…最後總結，這麼好的位置，酒店基礎條件也不差，如果管理團隊不想掙錢就算了，想做點兒人事兒的話，轉讓好吧，市場上大把人才能運營好，不要佔著茅坑不拉屎
