In the morning, it was originally a time for guests to hurry, but it took a lot of time to queue for seats, and it became very troublesome to have breakfast. Overall, the hotel hardware may be OK, but the front desk service efficiency and restaurant capacity obviously can't keep up with the number of occupants. If the hotel itself has a large passenger flow, it should be improved in front desk staff training, processing efficiency and breakfast restaurant capacity. At this price, I don’t think such an experience is worth it.

The location is superb, close to RT-Mart, shopping and eating are super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the 24-hour hot water was powerful. The front desk service is warm and cost-effective. I will stay here next time I come to Kaiyuan!

I ordered a Huanan spicy hot pot, and it was so delicious! The breakfast was also good. I'm always surprised how expensive other hotels in Tieling are; this one looks even better than the pictures.

If you're late, there's nothing to do, and no additional meals will be provided.
