On New Year's Day, it suddenly snowed, and the hotel's parking lot is outdoors. I figured my car would be buried under snow, potentially affecting our plans, so I promptly got up to clear it off. When I arrived at the parking lot around 7 AM, I was surprised to see Atour staff already clearing snow from the parking lot and even off car windshields. I asked one of the staff members, and they said they were worried about guests' travel plans and knew guests might not have the tools to clear the snow themselves, so they decided to take care of it. Seeing rows of perfectly cleaned windshields in the cold winter made me feel incredibly warm.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The owner was incredibly welcoming and even helped us with our luggage upon arrival. The room was spotlessly clean and very cozy, showing care and thought in every detail. If we ever come back, we'll definitely choose this place again!
