"The room didn't have a refrigerator, so I called the front desk and they said I could leave it at the front desk and it was refrigerated. Then I had to deliver it to the front desk myself. I forgot, and the 5 taels of crabs became smelly overnight. There was also a urine smell in the bathroom. I couldn't even close the windows. I definitely have to give a bad review!"
