Guest UserThis guesthouse is absolutely fantastic! The decor is elegant and classic. The owner is incredibly warm and attentive. There's an elevator, and the room's sound system is amazing, really setting a great vibe. It feels very new, recently renovated, but there's no unpleasant smell at all. Every item reflects the owner's meticulous and refined taste! I heard the renovation took a whole year, and it definitely shows – it's beautifully done with great attention to detail. There's a smart toilet, and even lotion is provided. Outside the window, it's just forest. The highlight, though, is the chef's delicious cooking! I highly recommend the braised beef brisket; it wasn't nearly as greasy as I expected. When we went up the mountain and it started raining, the owner provided us with walking sticks and raincoats, and even arranged transport to and from the cable car. Everything was just so thoughtful and comfortable! 👍

Shuipinghua1The hotel is located next to the Wuaishuangxi Ropeway entrance, but getting to Wuaishuangxi involves a lot of stairs if you walk up. Luckily, there was no queue for the ropeway. The room was clean and tidy, though it would have been nice to have an extra chair. The kids absolutely loved playing in the common areas. A big shout-out to the restaurant too! My child was too tired from hiking to come down for breakfast, and the manager kindly provided a takeaway box and bag. 👍 When we were leaving, our car tire was flat, and the hotel staff proactively helped us resolve the issue. They really made our trip worry-free!

Jun Mun 俊文In a quiet neighbourhood, and around 10 minutes walk to Jinsha tourist centre and the street selling food. Service is excellent, and all staff are very very polite.
My room is close to the main road, so in the morning could be a little bit noisy. But i am fine with it, as i treat it as my wake up call. There is a convenience shop directly next to the hotel. Entrance to sanaqingshan is after the street with quite a lot of restaurants
Breakfast could be a little bit better thou
Would suggest the following,
1. Arrive late afternoon and check in
2. Thereafter go and have your dinner either by buying something from the convenience shop or go to the street with restaurants. You can ask the staff where it is. Anyway, it’s just turn left upon exiting the hotel, follow the main road. You will reach it soon enough.
3. Rest and get ready for the climb tomorrow
4. If you are following a tour for the climb up, then no issues.
5. If not, actually at the entrance , there are quite a lot of freelance guide.
6. Be prepared to climb lot of stairs thou.
7. The whole area is cater for tourists who are visiting sanqingshan. If you have finished touring the mountain by lunch time, unless you already do your homework and knows where to go next, otherwise there might be not much activities except for eating
8. Scenery is definitely more than worth it
All in all, enjoyed my stay in the hotel, might stay again if i am to come and visit again

DerryckWe had such an amazing time during our stay, and had the family room with the slide that our child loved so much. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the peaceful energy of this hotel. There are so many charming areas to explore, and we particularly enjoyed afternoon tea in the cafe by the little stream and stone bridge. The staff were very sweet and helpful throughout our time here, and also arranged the hot soak by the fire in a beautiful bathhouse which we highly recommend. Nestled in the valley between huge mountains, there were great views in every direction. Dinner and breakfast the following morning were really tasty. Would love to come back again.

I really appriciate the staff at this cute bnb. Everyone I met was really helpful and accomodating. I even got a ride to the bus stop next day. I also left my luggage there over night when I stayed on the mountain and left a note because no one was there early in the morning. I got a text later to ensure me they'll take care of it. The place also has a small restaurant with good lunch options - the girl who served me gave me a recommendation and could speak some English.
The location is perfect - 5 min to the Jinsha cableway and just across to the Yulian waterfalls entrance - you can see it from the room (pic bellow) which was also comfy and clean - just like the photos.
I think this place would be perfect for families - it is convinient and has lots of children friendly spaces. I will further recommend this hotel.

The location is relatively remote and there is still a distance from the scenic spot, but if you are a person like me who likes quietness and wants to have more exchanges with locals, it is a good choice.
The boss is very enthusiastic. You can tell them directly if you need anything. If it is difficult to wait for the car, the boss can also drive you. The room is very quiet, and you can hear the sound of insects and the flow of water at night.
It’s my first time in Shangrao and I am very satisfied with the experience.

Anonymous UserI booked this hotel at the foot of Mount Sanqing late in the evening, solely for the duplex layout. I didn't even check its location before booking, only to realize the next day when buying tickets that it's right next to the scenic area entrance – what a fantastic location!
The next few photos are taken from the hotel's rooftop terrace – so beautiful! Oh, and summer in Sanqing Mountain is quite cool, though it can be a bit rainy. Sometimes you go up the mountain and it's so foggy you can't see anything, like being in the clouds.
Now, about the stay itself. Even though it's a duplex, the bed on the first floor is a small one, tucked by the window near the staircase bend. It really only feels suitable for one person. If you're traveling with more people, this room configuration isn't ideal. My family of four (including two grown children) felt quite cramped sleeping there for one night. Actually, the first-floor space is quite large, but the hotel has used the bigger part for the living room. The sofa and coffee table just look out of place with the rest of the furniture, very mismatched and frankly, a bit low-rent. I can't help but wonder why they didn't just put a large bed on the first floor. That way, both levels of the duplex would have a big bed, and it would still feel spacious – wouldn't that be better?
Oh, and here's a crucial point: the hotel's room hygiene definitely needs major improvement. On the toilet seat in the second-floor bathroom, we found some unidentified excrement *before* we even used it. When I communicated this to the staff, all I got was a simple ”sorry.” I ended up sanitizing the seat myself. Honestly, such disgusting hygiene issues are quite off-putting. I really hope they can strengthen their improvements in the future! Aside from that, everything else was quite satisfactory.

Room facilities: a large bed, a lamp with two power outlets, an electric blanket, a cooling unit, two pairs of slippers, two duvets, two pillows, a trash can. The toilet and shower are shared, and disposable toothpaste, toothbrushes, cups, shampoo, and shower gel are provided. The hairdryer is shared. There are three screens on the windows, so no mosquitoes and good ventilation.
There's a light for using the toilet at night, which is nice. It's super quiet at night, and you can see the stars. Since it's a wooden floor, you can hear people walking by, but after a tiring day of hiking, my sleep quality was excellent.
The pictures are of the surrounding scenery.

Overall, it was a good experience. Given the limited facilities on the mountain and the fact that it's a tent costing only a few hundred yuan, expectations shouldn't be too high – I don't want to sound demanding or picky. Here are some honest observations and advice for future guests.
The owner is very nice. You can charge your devices there, and they provide boiled water for drinking.
1. There's hot water and a hairdryer. Remember to bring your own toiletries. While some reviews mention the owner provides them, it really depends on the situation, so it's best to bring your own. The mountain is very high and challenging to climb, and supplies are scarce as everything has to be carried up. Therefore, paying for amenities is completely reasonable (this includes slippers, shower gel, toothbrushes, towels, and combs).
2. The owner was thoughtful; they gave us an extra sleeping bag because they were worried about the cold at night. For ladies, I recommend bringing long-sleeved pajamas and long pants to wear inside the sleeping bag.
3. The scenery is truly beautiful. The pink sunset glow in the evening, and the sunrise and sea of clouds at 5 AM are absolutely worth it.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the cable way. The room is big, clean and with a nice mountain view. Wifi works great and the owner and his family are very friendly and helpful. nearby are a lot of restaurants and small supermarkets. If I would go back to this village, this hotel would be my favourite.
