First of all, the room is warm and elegant, the bedding is clean and tidy, and it is particularly comfortable to sleep. Secondly, the boss's service attitude is particularly good. At the time of check-in, I enthusiastically introduced the surrounding attractions and food, and also specially prepared local welcome fruits and snacks. Any problems can be solved in time, which makes people feel very warm.

Thank you Xiao Lu and Xiao Han for accompanying us until we left the hotel. Xiao Han also helped us drive down the steep slope of the hotel until we drove into the flat road.

If it is simpler than hardware, it must not be compared to those old five-star hotels, but as a forest cabin created on the cliff, the hotel is not luxurious, the toilet is a smart heating toilet, and the toiletries are also very good. 首先，這家店位置很好，就在朱家灣新村，樓上面有店牌 很醒目。牌子下面是她們家自己開的商店。去終南山寨和牛背樑景區都很方便。
第二，衞生情況：提前打電話溝通過，兩個房間安排在一起，房間衞生很乾凈。
第三，就餐方面：老闆推薦去第一排最右邊那家吃飯。飯菜口味不錯。價格也可以接受。晚餐和次日早餐都在那裡吃的。放心去。
第四，服務態度：要給以大大的肯定。老闆能耐心回答詢問周邊景點情況。因個人的問題污染了枕套，因為自己在酒店工作過好多年，知道客人離店因為布草污染，煙頭燙壞地毯等等問題有一些賠付的事情，告知老闆後想賠付一點費用。老闆堅決拒絕付款。不是責怪客人而是從自身的布草上找原因。這點讓人感動。臨行還贈送兩瓶水讓路上喝。服務態度必須給個贊。
提一點意見建議，衞生間面盆有點小，洗漱有點不便。還有就是給衞生間放一個刮地板的潔具，因為你們不是乾濕分離，以免給客人上衞生間造成不便。
不論是大酒店還是小旅館，能給客人留下好印象，願意去主動宣傳，就是酒店經營的成功之處，祝老闆生意興隆，和氣生財。

1. The summer house is not very good. We booked it a week in advance. The reservation is tatami. The house is really small and pitiful. I can sleep on the floor at night.
2. The housekeeper is very good and the service is attentive. There is a little brother inside, who looks like Huo Zun, speaks handsomely and is handsome.
3. I regretted the homestay I chose this time, and I will stay in the hotel in the future. The room is not air-conditioned, it is too noisy at night, there are barbecues and singing around, and the children can't sleep.
4. The most important thing to complain about is that the housekeeper of the homestay next door is too bullying foreigners. The cars around it were not easy to park.
